darcy leaned in when he kissed her, completely blanking out the television. kissing as much higher up on her list of things to do. she hadn't seen him in so long and she really missed it! she wrapped her arms around his neck, moving to sit on his lap, her other hand going through his hair, she looked into his eyes. "i'm lucky to have a man like you in my life. you make me feel so good." she bit her lip, looking into her eyes, giving herself time to get her breath back.

Kieran kisses her and held her close to him, the only thing on his mind was her. He hadn't had a kiss this good in a long, long time. He had missed seeing her but if he got a kiss like this every time he saw her he wouldn't mind being away form her for a little while. ''I'm lucky to have you beautiful, you make me a better man.'' he whispers, resting his nose and forehead against hers.

darcy smiled brightly, but inside she was bursting to asking him questions. she sighed quietly and pulled away from him so she could look at him properly. "kieran, how do you get your money? I need you to tell me, honestly because.. I know there's more than you tell me.. and.. I don't like it when you lie to me." she frowned slightly, biting her bottom lip, she looked up at him. "I won't be mad if you've like, stolen it or something, but I know you're not that stupid."

''Basically I'm the leader of a gang.. a gang that get girls off of the streets and sell them to me for... sex. I have nothing to do with the girls except from I sign the deals and then they get taken to the man who bought them.'' he said, not looking at her. He got up and headed to the door.

darcy frowned, her whole perfect image of him ruined. he had always been her knight in shining armour, someone who could only do good things, but all that had been shattered. her bottom lip trembled as she looked up at him. "you sell women for sex? what the fuck, kieran?!" she yelled, standing up. there was no way she could just let him walk out, she wanted answers and she wanted them immediately. "you mean to tell me that all this time we've been going out you've basically been pimping out girls to disgusting men?!" she hit his chest, hard.

Kieran sighed, he knew this would happen. "I just sign the forms and make the deals. I got involved in a lot of shit after dad left and my mum died Darcy. I got involved with this gang and now I have to help them do this, I get the money and stuff but I can't get out of it unless I want to die." he sighed "Look I know you probably hate me now and I undersrand but I wouldn't do that to you no matter what, your the light in my world full of darkness. I don't know what I would do without you."

I have less than a hundred grand to pay back and then i'm done with this. I promise you." he gave her a small, genuine smile. "strong coffee with four sugars, please, babe."

darcy was so torn at that moment as she sunk down onto her bed again, putting her head in her hands. she loved kieran so much, he had made everything in her life so much better, got her off the drugs, the drink, everything. but knowing he was doing this to vulnerable girls, like she once was? it hit her hard. she knew how it felt to be treated like nothing. "kieran how could you do it, when you know exactly what i've been through?" she was nothing but disappointed now.

I hate that I have to do it Darcy, you have no idea how hard it is for me to do this. I can't sleep half the time I feel so guilty. If you want me to stop then I will but then you know that I won't be here. I don't want to do this to them" he said as he watched her, sighing. He knew everything was ruined now, she wouldn't want him. "I should probably just go." He said as he walked towards the door.

I can't trust you." she said eventually, resting her hands in her lap. the last thing she wanted hm to do was leave, but instead she just nodded slowly.

He said and kissed her cheek before head walked out of the door and called the gang leader, telling him he was done. He didn't want any part of this anymore. And he had lost the only thing he was alive for so he ha no reason to stay. He left the car there for her and began to walk to the warehouse ready to face what was going to happen to him.

I love you.." she whispered, but it was too late, he'd already gone. and that's when it really kicked in, and the tears began to fall and crash. she needed him, how could she let him go? she picked up her phone and shakily dialed his number, just praying he would answer. she stood up and put her converse on, and quickly walked out, down to the car. she got in and waited for him to answer. just the thought of him being hurt, someone laying a finger on him, it made her blood boil.

Kieran turned his phone off and took the SIM card out once he had spoken to the main leader of the gang, he wouldn't be needing it. He chucked his phone in a skip near the building and then headed inside he was glad they weren't there yet, he wanted to try and write a quick letter for Darcy, he doubted she would care but he wanted to at least tell her he loved her one last time. He got some paper and a pen and began to write.

darcy frowned when it was just a blocked call straight away each time. she wiped her eyes quickly and then began to dive around town, just trying to think about where he could be. and that's when it clicked. uptown - where she had always known he lived and yet he never let her there. she drove up and eventually, she got to the warehouse. but there was already three cars outside, and in her gut she felt like it was too late. she got out and raced up the stairs, hearing a lot of yelling.

I love you, don't forget me. Kieran x' he put it in his pocket quickly as he heard people come in. They were yelling at him for leaving and running things. He kept quiet and waited for the gun to come out. He smiled a little when he saw the gun in the leaders hand. It was time for him to go.

darcy ran up the stairs and pushed the door open. she was out of breath, and completely afraid, but she couldn't let this happen. her eyes widened when she saw what was in front of her, and within seconds, she ran over and put herself in front of kieran, hugging him tightly, bursting into tears. the bullet, as quick as anything, grazing through her thigh, knocking her to her feet, pulling her down. but she didn't care. kieran was still alive. she sobbed into his shoulder.
