(he was, but he's developing really quick as an OC, as he's learning about his powers. He's unsure of himself because of the situation, so he isn't himself at the moment)

(ahhh ok, makes sense! penny is also very shy though, and i think she would be interested if things developed slowly, but she isn't in a place where she would ask anyone out atm, or just, in general lmao)
