daniel smiled a little bit. "indeed I am. a little too protective at times. there is sami, she's 24, louisa is 22, mischa is 20 and amy is 18." he smiled a little bit, shrugging. "and i'm 26 this year. 2 years difference between each of us." he grinned a little bit and rubbed the sides of her legs, in a soothing kind of way. "really? why did she leave for?" he smiled slightly and kissed the tip of her nose, wrapping his arms around her waist slowly.

 

jesse grinned and nodded her head. "i'd love to go on this, win loads of money. my job hardly pays anything." she shook her head and shrugged. once they sat down, she sat herself between his legs so that she wasn't putting all her weight on him, which she was very self conscious about. she turned her head when he said it, and this time she didn't hesitate, when she said "I love you too." back to him, smiling. she rested her head back on him and glanced over at the tv.

daniel shrugged. "8 years isn't that bad is it? I mean you're grown up and i'm rather immature so I think it works." he winked and held her close to him, kissing her very briefly a couple of times. "oh, that sort of sucks. I dunno what i'd do if my sisters never spoke to me again. maybe she'll come back to see you some time. she's probably just busy exploring the world and stuff." he bit his lip, looking into her eyes.

 

jesse shrugged. "it's still good for me to have a job though, I want to help too, cole. I didn't tell you just so I could be a burden on you." she smiled and shrugged, pulling her sleeves over her hands. "it's a scary thought that i'm having a baby.. I never thought I would ever find its daddy though." she kissed his cheek and then got comfortable on him, crossing her legs over.

daniel grinned a little. "you're not suppose to agree, you're supposed to say i'm a big adult and i'm all responsible and stuff." he laughed and shook his head, letting go of her waist. "you're not annoying. and she's missing out on being an auntie, so it's her loss." he stuck his tongue out and nodded, taking her hands as she jumped down. "right, what are we doing to the chicken?" he grinned and raised his eyebrows at her.

 

jesse smiled softly. "you're so sweet cole, honestly. i've never met a guy like you before, it's so amazing and you make me feel all tingly and happy. it's kinda crazy." she turned herself so that now she was facing him, and gave him a very very very soft kiss. "you're going to be a very good daddy i'm sure, cole. no matter what." she kissed his cheek and then hugged him, glad to finally be back in his arms.

daniel laughed softly. "i've done more than pat your bum before, rosalie, I never saw you complaining then." he winked and went behind her, watching as she cooked. he rested his head on her shoulder and raised an eyebrow, smiling a little. "it smells delicious, my own mini chef." he smiled and wrapped his arms around her. he leaned in and licked the spoon, grinning. "wow, delicious. well done."

 

jesse nodded slowly. "I hope it will, i'm scared i'm gonna drop it or something, that would be terrifying!" she shook her head and laughed softly, looking up at him. "yeah okay then. but i'll have to do it at my house as well because I still don't know whether I want to move in or not. is that okay, cole?" she smiled slightly, biting on her bottom lip gently.

daniel chuckled when she giggled, it was so cute when she did that. he licked his lips and loosened his tie, throwing it onto the chair as he looked at their plates. "babe this actually looks delicious, where do you learn to cook?" he smiled and sat down at the table, waiting for her to sit down before he started his food. he licked his lips and grinned. "god that is good!"

 

jesse nodded slowly. "that's okay then. you're the best, cole." she got up and took his hands, pulling him up. "I think dinner will be done now, by the way.." she didn't want to talk to the baby any more, it was making her worried. she held onto his hand and went into the kitchen, humming to herself. "so what are we going to do about school anyway?"

jesse nodded. "well i've had to tell the head people at school, so they know. but they don't need to know it's you." she kissed his cheek and smiled a little bit, sitting down at the table. "this is delicious thank you babe." she twirled the spaghetti round her fork and then slurped it up, trying her best to be neat. cole wasn't like other guys, by now she would have slept with them without even knowing their name, but she was in love with cole and it was magical.

 

daniel nodded his head, holding her hand over the table. "you're much better than me, rosalie, that's for sure. you should show me your skills some time." he smiled and stroked the top of her hand gently as he ate the dinner she had made. "i'm glad you like art. I bet you'll get the top grade in the class, babe, i'll make sure of it. I can help you whenver you need it." he grinned and finished off his food.

daniel grinned. "I like being your teacher. means I can tell you off.." he laughed and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her over to him on his lap and kissed her lovingly, running his hand up and down her leg slowly. "how about we clean up in the kitchen and then go and chill upstairs? I need to get out my work clothes and slip into something more comfy." he smiled and kissed her once more.

 

jesse nodded her head. "yeah. I mean they'd notice soon enough with this bump, and I can't keep the hoody on during the summer. I just know i'm going to be called a slut, which i'm not but they think I am." she giggled when she saw the sauce on his nose, and leaned over, wiping it away with her thumb, and licked it off. "delicious." she laughed softly and finished most of it.
