felicity shook her head. "I just want t talk to you because I can trust you, can't I?" she looked into his eyes, waiting for him to reassure her. after earlier she wasn't sure about it so she needed him to tell her. she shuffled back and at the same way he was, her legs stretched across her legs as she thought about it. "i'm not sure. I think I want to kiss you." she bit her lip and looked at him. she wasn't ready for a relationship but cole meant a lot to her.

 

chris stopped walking. he looked down at toby and grinned, raising his eyebrows. "little fella, cover your eyes!" he laughed and then turned to her, taking both of her hands. "becky, I bloody like you. there is no other way of saying it because I do. I think you're gorgeous and sweet and one of the most caring people in the world. and I want you to know that I feel the exact same way and felicity will be happy because you are her best friend okay?"

felicity nodded her head. "I know because then i'd get really upset." she bit her lip and twiddled about with her thumbs as she thought about what she wanted to do. she turned her head and saw tha he was leaning a little closer. she rested her hand on his cheek and then kissed him gently. she felt a tingle in her lips as she did and it made her toes wiggle with happiness as she looked up into his eyes after pulling away. "that was nice."

 

chris nodded and grinned a little bit. "indeed I do. I like you a loooot more than you think I like you but I don't quite think I love you yet because you have to be in a proper relationship and that's not us." he nodded and took a hold of both her hands, looking into her eyes. "so will you go out with me? i'll make sure felicity understands, and it's not like things will change. you will still be her best friend, and I will still be her brother. we can just.. kiss, and stuff."

chris smiled slightly and nodded. "exactly. nothing will change. I just get to hold you in my arms and treat you like a princess. and maybe ten she will be able to be a bit more independent." he shrugged and took her hand, walking along along with her, humming to himself. "this makes the whole staying over thing so much easier, I thought t was going to be a bit awkward to be honest." he raised both eyebrows and walked to the estate agents, looking down at her now and again.

 

felicity nodded her head. she really liked the kiss and cole was making her feel so happy. "would you mind if I did it again? your lips made me feel all tingly and happy.." she said, shuffling a tad closer to him, resting her hand on his cheek again, before talking quietly. "I don't know if I want a relationship. the thought of it scares me and I know you are nothing like tom because you are a nice boy but it just makes me feel a bit weird. and I don't think you'd want a relationship with me."

elaine nodded her head as she looked through all the history of the house. she rubbed her cheek and nodded. "so you have found another tenant to your house, yes? it means more rent, by the way, if they are not the actual owner of the house. so it will be an extra £30 a month but apart from that it should be okay." she nodded her head, logging it all into the computer. chris smiled and took a hold of her hand, stroking the top of it gently. "yeah that's absolutely fine, we can do that can't we becks?"

 

felicity pulled away a little, quite surprised as she was only kissing him gently. but then she leaned back in and kissed him lovingly. after all, everyone wanted affection and cole as one of the nicest people she had ever come across. she lay them back and put her hand in his. "I think becky and chris were going to have a movie night. i'd like you to stay over too please, cole." she looked up at him, shrugging as she lay there.

felicity nodded her head slowly, and rested her head back on her pillow, staying limp in his arms as she lay there, just staring into his eyes. she had nothing to say but she wanted to be in his company forever. she reached her hand up and let her hair loose from its ponytail, letting it cascade down her back, before, lying her head back down. "I just want to feel something. I don't want to be numb." she whispered, looking at him.

 

elaine nodded her head. "if I just take a few details it will be sorted. can I just ask, what has happened to the house owner?" she said as she raised an eyebrow, looking at them both. chris gave the woman his details and everything and then squeezed becky's hand, smiling widely. once everything was done he stood back up and looked down at her. "come on then, let's get going. it's getting late. we need dinner."

chris smiled and walked out with her, swinging their arms slowly as he looked down at toby, giving him a little smile, he could see he was tired. "yeah that's fine. he can sleep in the spare room and you can share with me or fliss, whichever you want to." he nodded and headed back to the house. "let's just hope those two haven't wrecked the place with an argument." he laughed and ran a hand through his hair. "toby, you wanna borrow my spiderman top tonight?" he grinned a little bit.

 

felicity looked at him and frowned. "but it hurts to be upset and I don't want that. i'd rather feel nothing than to be hurt. because people just screw me up and i'm done with that." she looked up at him and sighed, running her hand along his jawline, to the back of his neck. "I just want you cole, I want you to be something and I want you to make me feel something." she looked into his eyes, pulling him closer to her.
