Life without out him killed her and she just wanted him to love her like he use to but he barley even knew her anymore. She sighed and looked over at him "You can ask me Anythig Aiden." She said softly and slips her shoes off, because they were hurting her feet and pulled her knees up to her chest and hugging them. She sighed and took his hand, biting her lip. She just wanted to feel close to him again.

Aiden looked at her when they came to a red traffic light and sighed, wondering how he'd ask her and if things would get awkward between them if he did. But she was an old friend so it wouldn't be. As the light turned green, he continued driving and bit his lip slightly. ''Okay...I'm just going to say it.'' He said and then took a deep breath. ''Why do you still love me, after all I put you through?'' He asked and tightened his grip on the wheel, scared he would fall from reality with her answer. It really did make him wonder, how she could love a person who added to the flames of her living hell. It was almost as if she was waiting for him.

Becky bit her lip and looked down at her feet. "Because you were my best friend. I knew from very early on in our friendship that I loved you. We had so many good time and when you said that you loved me to. I didn't have the best childhood and you made sure that I had lost of nice memories to remember for my teenage years. I know after my parents died I was alot to handle. I was depressed and i turned to drinking. And there were times where I got so upset that I just starred screaming, screaming and sobbing. I don't blame you for saying you hated me back then because I hated myself back then. I guess I still love you because I'm scared to let go, I don't want to lose you because then that would be another person who was taken from me. I think the main reason why I still love you is because you loved me when no one else did, you were there no matter what. I use dream that one day you would be the man that I would marry and I guess my mind is still set on you because I love you more than words can describe." She said tears rolling down her cheeks. Aiden parked in front of the restaurant and turned to face Becky, cupping her face in his hands, using his thumbs to wipe away her tears, pulling her head towards his chest and stroking her hair, looking at her. He sighed. "Don't be sorry." He said gently and moved away slightly so he looked into her eyes. He leaned in, doing the one thing he was scared of doing this whole time, pressing his nose and forehead against hers. Kissing her; he wanted to comfort her, telling her he was there for her and wouldn't leave her. He pulled away and smiled. "Now let's go and get to know each other again." He said and opened the doors for them, holding out his hand.

As they were out of the car, Aiden looked into Becky's eyes, his hands on her shoulders. "You're not a mess, Rebecca. I just want you to forget everything and focus on right now, okay? Because you won't be happy if you keep looking back." He said softly and kissed her forehead. "Come on, let's go eat some food!" He said enthusiastically to lighten up the mood. Taking her inside, he held out a chair for her and sat opposite her. Then he gave her a menu and smiled at her. "You look lovely."
