blythe shrugged and crossed her arms over, watching him go. she didn't hate him, not at all. she hated the way he treated her, even though he said he wanted her. she would never let her standards sink. she wiped her eyes quickly before going upstairs into her bedroom quietly, sitting on the end of her bed, her head in her hands.

Callum vowed to himself at that moment that he wouldn't drink blood from the vein for a few weeks. All for Blythe. If that wasn't good enough for her, if it didn't show her he was willing to sacrifice. Then he'd move out and move on with his life. Or kill someone in the house for fun. Either way he didn't mind.

blythe turned to her side. she wa full of emotion, some god, some bad. but he was right. sometimes she feared him so much it did make her cry. when he would yell, and he would become dominant, that's what scared her the most. she felt he wasn't able to be compassionate, to show affection. not in a true form, anyway. she closed her eyes tightly, attempting to fall asleep.

Callum let his eyes closed as he drifted off to sleep. Something he didn't do often. Most of the time he stayed out all night drinking and having a good time with himself and blood. But not tonight. He wasn't in the mood anymore.

blythe eventually fell into a deep sleep, though it wasn't peaceful, in fact far from. it was the scene from earlier in the night, callum shouting at her, playing over and over again in her head, though each time he just got a little more vicious. she curled up tightly, the duvet now over her head.
