Connor let his imagination run wild as it so often did, playing out the very scenario that Gabbie had described and he decided to speak into her mind I could definitely make it feel better though. A cheeky smirk was on his lips but he turned his head back to the window as they seemed to turn into a hilly area that was much steeper than the road they had previously been on. He was surprised that such a small bus could conquer the snowy tracks but it seemed to be putting up a good fight, "glad we both agree on that one then, foreign countries can be holiday destinations and our home will remain our safe place." he lifted her hand up to plant a kiss on it, not wanting to pull her in for a proper one because Gabbie seemed so engrossed in watching out the window to see what was around them.

Gabbie felt her cheeks go a wild colour and she just shot him a look but she had a dirty smirk on her lips too. He really had learned how to bring that side of her out and she definitely wasn’t shy in front of him any more. “Maybe our next holiday can be on the beach though, cos as nice as this is I’m absolutely freezing. And unless you’re willing to carry me around under your coat I might freeze.” She sat up a little more when the mini bus pulled in and she gasped, unbuckling her seat belt and grabbing her backpack, she stood up. “Let’s go!” She smiled and patted his hip, following him off the bus, her feet trudging through the sow which was one of the best feelings she’d ever had. She’d never experienced real snow like this.

That way I could eat until I'm drowning in the pool." he said with a chuckle but the bus had slowed and Gabbies attention had shifted completely. Undoing his belt he got up and the pair headed off the bus and they followed everyone else through the snow towards what he was only ever going to refer to them as the pew pew. The snow was much thicker and higher here than it was near the hotel and he was thankful that he had brought his dr Martens because they made easy work and stopped him from sliding and falling onto his ass.

Gabbie had to laugh at the image he’d just put in her head. “Would I have to put you in a doughnut and send you floating in the sea?” She got off with him and they all filtered off. It was basically a giant snowy field with loads of little dips here and there with small steaming pods and every now and again they would shoot us water into the sky. “It’s all to do with the pressure in the ground or something like that, it’s real clever, what Mother Nature can produce.” She gave him a big smile, holding his hand tight, just in case she did manage to slip and he would be able to catch her from making a complete fool of herself. She headed over to where there was a big crowd. “I think that’s the most regular one, let’s go have a look.” She headed over with him.

He was trying to be careful as they walked because the last thing he wanted was soggy looking trousers from the snow but at the same time the thought of Gabbie going for a fall seemed rather amusing. "Have you ever met her? Mother Nature I mean, I hear she's quite the lady." he said in all seriousness but if anyone had overheard him they would have taken him as a jokester, "but in all seriousness this is pretty cool." he said following her to the one she had gestured too, excited to see this rather incredible feet of nature in action.

She’s like a distant aunt in law or something along the line, but she’d very busy so she doesn’t have time for little old angels like me.” She laughed softly walking up the path with him, swinging their hands gently as she looked around at everything. It all looked so gorgeous and it was a real pinch me moment, it wasn’t your average honeymoon but then again they weren’t your average couple either. They stopped by the big dip in the ground and she stood close to his side, nudging his head with her arm so that it would wrap around her shoulders and then like clockwork, the geysers shot into the air and she gasped, clapping her hands. “Oh my god!” She squealed.

Connor raised his brow ever so slightly, not quite expecting Gabbie to have actually met her but then he didn't really know how things worked in angel town. "damn thats pretty cool, a real claim to fame." Once they got in a good position he slid his arm around her shoulders to hold her close to him, standing slightly behind her so that he could use his body heat to warm her up. Connor loved being her personal hot water bottle because it meant she tried to cuddle up closer to him. Staring out towards the dip he waited, wondering if this was all some sort of scam but just as the thought entered his head the water shot up and he couldn't help but gasp. It was insane to see with his own two eyes, "holy shit!" he exclaimed.

Gabbie felt so silly talking about her family. It always sounded like a fairy tale that no one would believe but her whole life was kind of messed up. She didn’t even know the half of it, god knows what else her mother was holding from her. Having Connor hold her was a blessing in two ways, it made her feel safe when they were in a big crowd of strangers and also, he kept her so toasty warm, and it didn’t look out of place in such a cold country. She turned her head to him and gave him the biggest grin, leaning up to kiss him but she twisted in a funny way to face him and she went sliding all over the face, grabbing onto his jacket tight to stop herself from ending up on the ground.

Connor was so mesmerised by what they had just witnessed that he almost didn't realise Gabbie was turning to give him a kiss. Looking down suddenly when he felt a tight grip form on his jacket and his arms quickly reacted to keep her upright and stop her from face planting. While laughing he propped her back onto her feet firmly on the ground, "little one this isnt an ice rink and you are definitely not a figure skater just yet." He pressed a kiss onto her forehead but was still chuckling, the glowing embarrassment on her cheeks just made it even better.

Gabbie felt like a big clown but thankfully her big hunk of a man was there to save the day and his fast reactions were exactly what she needed to stop herself from landing on the floor in front of everyone. “No.. definitely not, I’ll save that for another day.” She bit her lip and leg out a small laugh, one of those you do when you know you’ve messed up and you just hope no one brings it up again. “This is so cool huh? I didn’t realise it would be so like.. amazing in real life.” She laughed, turning back to face the pew pew but she was very careful in her feet this time and she was holding onto Connors hand like her life actually depended on it. She swung her backpack off her shoulder and pulled the selfie stick out, attaching her phone to it she grinned. “Come on. time to be cheesy.”

He chuckled before his attention was taken by the power of nature shooting water and air upwards and it was rather spectacular. "Its still not as amazing as you are," he said in a quiet voice, making the moment personal between them. As she whipped out the selfie stick he allowed for a few cute ones before he started pulling ridiculous faces but in the process he did a jumping pose which resulted in him falling on his arse and laughing hysterically.

Gabbie tilted her head and nodded. “I didn’t actually research that but I bet with a quick search on old googlemeister I could find out a couple of things.” She smiled a little. Resting her back into him she watched the geysers for a little bit longer before she was doing the photos and honestly she had to admit, they were such a cute couple, even if she did have to go up on her tip toes so that she would fit in the frame. God damn him and his gigantic ways. But it all went to pot when he got a bit cocky and deciding jumping was a good idea and instead he landed in his ass and she was in firs of giggles, bent over belly laughing. “You’re so silly.” She grinned, reaching her hand down to try and help pull him up.

Connor rather fancied trying his hand at ice skating, werewolves were very agile creatures so he stood a chance of being quite good at it. But clearly he hadn't mastered being able to stand in regular thick snow and he couldnt stop laughing. "Dont you laugh at me little miss!" He said as he scooped some snow up and lobbed it at her, making sure it wouldn't hurt but would definitely hit its mark. Getting back up onto his feet he let out a low growl as he dusted his trousers off, "now my ass is damp fuck sake" but his voice had a clear tone of humour from the situation.

But she was stopped in her tracks when he threw snow and she gasped at him. “Oh it’s gonna be like that is it?” She reaches down and grabs Ed some snow, forming the perfect ball before lobbing it at him, hitting him directly on the shoulder but it wouldn’t have had an effect on him at all. Instead she flashed him a sheepish smile, giving him the best innocent cute eyes she could. But the growl had attracted the woman who who stood beside them’s attention and Gabbie bit her lip, looking up at Connor before at the woman. “He just really hates the cold.”

Connor should have known that his wife would fight back and he was fully prepared for a snowball fight though he would have to be careful to remember that Gabbie was not the same as his brother and that level of intensity wouldn't be appropriate. Unfortunately the growl had peaked the interest of some people around them and he turned to smile at the ladies, "what can I say? I wasn't made for the cold." He chuckeled and they seemed to melt a little at how attractive he was, another perk of being a werewolf. Turning back to Gabbie he winked, "covered that well I'd say."
