Connor wasn't sure his brother would ever be able to be friendly with Sasha, she did betray his trust big time with that ring bollocks which remindeded him..., "do you know whats going on between your dad and Luna? They seemed real cosy at the wedding." But he was distracted when the waitress came over and he ordered himself an all day breakfast, rack of ribs and a meat feast scenario. "You really have a worked up an appetite hsvent you little one," he handed over the menus and relaxed into his seat. "A surprise?! Well now you have to tell me." He gave her a little pout trying to convince her to spill the details.

Gabbie frowned a little, a bit confused, she hadn’t really caught sight of it and honestly she never questioned what her father did, he was that, her father, and she trusted that whatever he was playing at was all for good reason. “No.. but I can ask him if you like?” She shrugged, thinking about it. Luna had dated that demon guy so it was only right that she would know of the devil too, they were probably just old friends catching up or something. She didn’t want to think of any other possibilities. Pouring herself a glass of water and topping his glass up too. She took a sip, letting a small laugh fall from her lips. “Baby I just said it’s a surprise, and it won’t stay that way if I tell you.” She raised an eyebrow, but that damn soft face of his. “We’re going snowmobiling.”

Lifting his head up he was about to tell gabbie but he fefrained, "well two can play at the surprise game. I know the babies gender and im not gonna tell you!" He said poking his tongue out at her but then she gave in and told him, "No way!!! Shit thats going to be ace."

Gabbie nodded in agreement and let the topic drop, mainly because now all she could think of was Luna and her father together, and it made her feel a bit sick. She twirled a piece of her orange hair around her finger as she gazed around the little bistro, her eyes on all the decorations, the traditional writing and of course, there was a Viking vibe everywhere you went, which was probably why a wolf like Connor actually fitted in quite well with the res of the men here. But she gasped, kicking him gently under the table and giving him the ultimate pouts the sweetest look with her big blue eyes twinkling at him. “That’s soooo mean of you!” She told him, but he didn’t even have time to reply because their feast was brought over and her mouth was salivating just from the smell.

Connor was also taking in the bistro, the decor was incredible and he rather liked it. "did you know that some of the legendary vikings were werewolves?" he said in a low voice, a cheeky smirk on his lips but before they could talk any further their food had arrived and wow it looked incredible. Grabbing the pint of beer that he had also ordered he took a big old slurp, "lets feast," he said as he began to dig in. He was definitely surprised at the amount of food Gabbie had chosen but he shrugged it off and hoped she was having one of those moments where her eyes were bigger than her belly so that he could eat the remainder of it. It was difficult trying to hold himself back from eating like an animal but when out in public he at least tried to look like a human being.

Gabbie wasn’t surprised by that at all. It simply confirmed what she was thinking and she grinned over at him. “Have you become a mind reader now?” She teased, picking up her knife and fork, and it was like Gabbie hadn’t eaten for days with the way her food went down, first demolishing her fries, and then her onion rings, and the she used her fingers to pull the ribs apart and suck the bones dry of any meat that dared to linger. “Oh man this food is the best thing I’ve ever tasted!” She told him. She’d cleared her plate in no time but now she was paying for it, leaning back she groaned, patting her stomach. “God I look like I’ve eaten enough to last me a month.” she joked.

While he also destroyed his food he kept glancing over, seeing just how quickly his wife was eating and it definitely didn't seem right. "Jeez, I've never seen you eat so fast, you really are giving me a run for my money. Did you turn into a werewolf over night or something?" he chuckled, finishing off his own ribs and picking at the last of the chips that were on his plate.

Gabbie couldn’t take her eyes off him, she could have listened to him speak for a lifetime about nothing and she wouldn’t get bored. He was so fascinating to her. “So that’s a no then, it’s just funny, how I think of something and it seems like you know exactly how I’m feeling, I guess that’s just what happens when you’re soul mates.” She smiled at him, reaching her hand over to touch his gently. Now that her food had gone down she could sit up properly even though she was still feeling rather bloated. “I know, I don’t know where my appetite has come from!” She told him. She should have probably been worried but Gabbie was just blaming it on being around Connor for so long.

"clearly married life has really taken an effect on you," he said with a low laugh. He should also probably be a little more concerned but he just assumed it was to do with the change in climate and spending so much time out and about, she was sure to be burning through a lot more calories than her little body was use too. Pulling out his phone with his free hand he decided to upload a photo of the two of them at the waterfall onto his Facebook page so that his dad would see it. "Are we all ready for the cavesss?" he said the word caves in an ominous voice but his eyes were glowing with excitement.

Gabbie let her hand rest in his clasping onto his fingers gently, her thumb gently trailing along his hand. “I love you too wolfie.” She gave him literally the biggest smile ever as she beamed over at him, the proudest wife in the world because she felt so lucky, to have a husband like him. She’d really hit the jackpot that was for sure. She sipped her water slowly which helped her food go down a little easier and she looked around, before back at him and nodded. “Of course, I was born ready.” She grinned, getting up she went over to the bar and laid for their meal. There was no way she was going to let him pay for everything this honeymoon. Once it was settled she went back to him, shrugging her coat back on. “Are you really not gonna tell me if it’s a boy or girl?”

Connor was about to make a case for paying for their meal but Gabbie had practically flown over to the bar so he just stayed in his seat and finished off the last of his beer. Once everything was done he got up, pulling his jacket on before they went out into the car which he effortlessly reversed out of the space and towards these mysterious caves, "well if you realllllly want to know," he said, dragging the reveal out as he focused on where he was going along a tricky bit of road, "they are due to have a little baby girl, and I'm not sure Dymitrius could be any happier." well, that wasn't entirely true. He knew his brother probably would have preferred if the baby was in a certain witches belly but thats what happens when you get reckless. "Is it a right or left here.." and when she answered he obeyed, seeing a few sign posts that hinted they were going in the right direction.

Gabbis nodded her head enthusiastically. “I do, I really wanna know!” She was practically on the edge of the seat and he was dragging it out. “Connor tell me!l she demanded with a giggle, covering her face with her hands when he eventually let it slip. “Oh my god! A gorgeous tiny little girl! A tiny bundle of joy! Gosh that’s so exciting, now I can’t wait to catch up with Sasha.” She sat back in her seat. Anyone would have thought it was Gabbies baby with how excited she got, but she knew this meant a lot to her best friend. “Left, haaaard left!” She advised him, and it wasn’t long until they were at the coast. But this wasn’t any ordinary beach, this beach had black sands and the ice caves went on for miles.

For a moment there seeing Gabbie's excitement over the news of a little baby girl made Connor wish that they were extending their family, he could just imagine a mini mix of Connor and Gabbie running around with grandad Lucifer and Karl arguing over who gets to see the little cutie at weekends. Quickly pulling himself out of those thoughts he was back to focusing on the road and good thing too because he then had to make another hard left to make, "we will need to get them a gift or something.. what do you get people expecting a kid?" he asked as he laughed. In no time they had arrived and were getting back out of the car but this time Connor was truly impressed, "this place looks insane!!" he exclaimed.

Gabbie was glad that Connor wasn’t a mind reader at that moment because all she could think about was how broody it was making her, knowing Sasha was having a baby, god damn it, they’d barely been married a week and she was already thinking of children, that was just stupid. “I’ll deal with that bit baby don’t worry. We can make them up a little essentials hamper or something.” She for our of them car and she stood behind him, letting him take in the glorious view. His eyes had lit up and she could feel that this actually excited him, which was what she wanted. “Come on let’s explore.” She took his hand, tugging it gently as she headed down the little hill to the beach, her feet landing on the black sand beneath her.

As the sun crept into the sky the next morning tribe life already seemed to be kicking off and Hugh, one of the warriors for Dymitrius tribe was pretty pissed off and had been arguing with Roman outside of the Alphas house but the argument was starting to escalate and they were shouting and growling loudly, "I'm not going to waste my fucking time protecting him if he's choosing to run off into enemy lands! And I don't care about the pathetic witch, she's not one of us."

Connor felt a wave of relief when Gabbie said she would take charge of the baby gift because he was already stumped on ideas, though he did know that his brother deserved a good piss up before he became a father for the second time. "Right, essentials.." he said, not even bothering to ask what exactly that meant. Letting her take his hand he followed close beside her as they headed down the hill to the actual beach area and he couldn't believe there was black, yes black sand beneath heir feet. "this is crazy... how is this in the same place as the waterfall.." he was mesmerised and continued on, excited to go exploring instead the depths of the caves.
