ok heres the plot
: Everybody who is meant to be together, whether platonic or romantic, their time-lines are opposite in a way. Whenever they meet, one of them will know the other less and vice-versa. For example, Person A could have known person B for years, but person B has no idea who Person A is. There are times when person B knows a little more and person A knows a little less, but their timelines will always be opposite
It's probably me being totally confused as always xD  but I am not sure I understand it

basically, peoples who are soulmates have mixed up timelines. persons a's future is persons b's past and vice versa. its basically what happened with the doctor and river song cause im doctor who trash lmao
