Rebecca arrived at the camp with plenty of time to spare. Her mother insisted that her brother drop her off before going to 'baseball camp', when in actual fact he was driving down to Acapulco with some friends. Normally, Rebecca wouldve snitched but she owed him after he caught her smoking pot outside McDonalds. With Arctic Monkeys blasting from her headphones and all her 'contraband' hidden expertly, Rebecca was sure she would be able to survive the 3 weeks. She got there about the same time as the bus and after flipping her brother the finger, she followed the other teenage girls going to queue up.

Collin had been trying to beat his high score on flappy bird for the last half an hour of the bus ride. The sound had been mute so he wouldnt disturb his fellow campers. Unsurprisingly, he was quite excited to be coming back to camp. He had attended Sunnyview every year since the age of 14 and he had truly grown to love it. After listening to the tannoy, he made his way to the correct queue.

Jasmine was still pissed that her father had roped her into doing this stupid camp thing. At least they were teens and not weasly little kids. Apparently getting it on with your dads boss warranted you being subjected to hell on earth, in the form of Sunnyview Summer Camp. She was currently sat at a bench a little away from all the crowds. The boss had assigned her to take campers over to their cabins but since they hadn't even been assigned yet she didnt see the point. Suddenly, an announcement blasted letting her know that she was due at the cabin check-in. Sighing to herself, she stood and made her way over-offering fake smiles to the counsellors she encountered.

"right, this way guys!" he shouted, a large grin on his face. he jumped down from where he had been standing on a raised platform, and began to lead them to their cabin. whistling as he went, he left the boys to their own conversations, reasoning that it was best to let the settle down and get accustomed to the camp first. he was fully aware most of them didn't want to be there, and being a young-ish lad himself, knew that there was bound to be rule-breaking. something, he didn't much mind!

btw it's like a traditional american summer camp. big lake with inflatables, acres of wooded area, long walks, fire pits, massive 'mess tents' for meals, various communal areas etc.
cabins have 2 bunk beds, with another little sitting room area, and a joint bathroom.

He looked over and saw the guy who’d jolted awake earlier and gave a laugh, “Tell me about it, you’d think they could’ve been more creative,” he murmured in a low tone to the guy as the counsellor had begun talking. All they got was his name and the general rules of the camp, which of course, would probably be broken. There was some silence but soon some questions were being asked and he slid a sideway glance to the guy, “Thomas,” he said, introducing himself to the guy. Making friends was easy, all you had to do was say hi.~ Carson had a group of kids to control and he blew a whistle he’d been given to get their attention as he began to lead them to their cabin. Once he got them settled, he could head off to his own to socialize with the other counsellors. They were chatting behind him but none of them asked any questions so he just left them to it as they approached the cabin. He walked in first and let them follow behind, waiting until everybody was in before giving the usual, boring welcome speech that all the campers received.

Collin moved along with the boys until they reached their cabin. In his opinion Pinewood, although it had a shitty name, was the best of all the cabins. It was closest to the beach and the mess hall. He heard sniggering from a few of the boys behind and he turned around, not wanting to be left out. They were whispering amongst themselves so he decided it better he wait until they were left inside the cabin. Finally, the last question was asked and they were allowed to go inside.

Jasmine grabbed the clipboard from the table and turned to the group of girls. "Okay," she said with a perky tone. "You guys are in…" she glanced back down to read the name. 'Oakwood cabin, jeez' she thought to herself. "-Oakwood Cabin!" Running a hand through her hair, she quickly glanced at all the guys the camp had to offer. There were a few exceptional looking teens coupled with some very gorgeous counsellors. One was pointing a giant yellow foam finger and another was blowing his whistle. She'd like to blow his whistle, she thought to herself. Returning her attention to the campers she gave a gracious smile and said,"Follow me," leading them in the direction of Oakwood.

Eleanor smiled a little as she showed the girls to their cabin with jasmine. She knew that the cabins were nice and when your in there no once can tell you what to do so they can do what they want so she knew that they would have fun "Right girls have a bit of time to settle in and stuff and then meet back where you first came at six for dinner and we will take you over to the dinner hall. Have fun!" She said and then walked out. Her job was actually pretty easy, all she had to do was make sure they got to places ok, run activites and some other stuff and then she got to do what ever she wanted to do and hang around with other counsellor . She left the girls in the cabin and headed over to her own where all of her stuff was already.

Fliss rolled her eyes at how energetic the counsellors seemed to be but smiled none the less. This was her escape from her parents and she honestly wished that it was longer than three weeks. She followed the girls into the cabin, looking around. To say they were cabins they were actually really nice. She knew she was going to have a lot of fun while she was at the camp. She walked to one of the bunks and put her bags at the bottom and took a seat, glancing around at the other girls that were also in the cabin.

Bdn chuckled led a little as he followed the other boys to their cabin. He just couldn't wait to get into doing all the camp things, it really made his summer and more interesting. At least he wouldnt have to hear his parents argue for a few weeks. He chucked his bags down and grinned a little as he looked around "Alright lads, I'm Ben." He said as he leaned against a wall, looking around the cabin.
