kurt rubbed his eyes, exhaling and waking up from a "nap", about as much sleep as he could get on the daily. his pager was beeping off the hook as he remembered today was the first day of the surgical interns. he pulled on his white jacket with his stethoscope hung around his shoulders. picking up his clipboard, he headed through the halls, bidding good morning to the young lady at the receptionist desk.

Indie bit her lip as she looked into the mirror. She couldn't believe that today was the day, the day she finally started her internship. She didn't think this day would actually come, she felt like she had been waiting for it for that long. She ran a brush through her blonde hair and smiled, happy with her appearance before she jumped in her car and made her way to the hospital. She was nervous and it probably didn't help that she hadn't had much sleep, she couldn't stop thinking about the guy she had met a few nights ago. That was one of the best nights she'd had. She shook her head, she shouldn't be thinking of him. She grabbed her bag and made her way into the hospital, heading to where they were suppose to be meeting.

Matt yawned as he got up. Today was going to be a busy day, the new interns were starting and he just hoped they were better than the last bunch they had. It had been an eventful year. He grabbed his folder and headed out to meet the other attending's ready to go and meet their new interns. It was going to be a long day, he could feel it.
