Everything was perfect. It was the last year of high school and you and your group of best friends couldn’t have been happier. Halloween night, the school threw a massive party for all of the school to attend. It started great, everyone was having fun and the hidden flasks of alcohol we’re keeping everyone in your group merry. Well, that was of course until she went missing. Exactly 8 months to the day she went missing, prom is taking place. Your all putting on your brave face and trying to enjoy your time as much as you can. But it seems the past is just holding on too tight. You all believe she’s still out there, you have to. And that hope becomes a whole lot stronger. Upon leaving the prom you all decide to take a walk out into the woods where you all used to hang out when you skipped school. That’s when you find it. Out by the lake, sitting upon one of the rocks is her shoe. The exact heel that she wore that night to the party and there’s blood all over it. But inside, there’s a note. Someone knows your not giving up and now there playing a game with you. If you follow their rules and do as the future notes say, you’ll get to see her again. If you don’t, then she’ll get hurt. There’s strict rules not to go to the police or tell anyone about it. It’s just you and your group of friends and now you have a chance to save her.
Over the next few days you’ll be left a series of notes, and if completed then you’ll see her again. And that’s enough for you all. Your determined to get her back and you’ll do whatever, even if the tasks become increasingly harder.

As for her I’m wondering if they go through this all only for one or two of them to also get taken near the end and they discover the girl while trying to escape? She could be dead or alive? If she’s alive I wondered about some kind of memory loss due to her trying to cope with whatever happened to her? I also think the person who kidnapped her should be someone they all knew really well?
Okay so how about this teacher used to go to school with their parents and some of them used to bully him? But bad enough that it kind of you know stuck with him for life. And so, now he’s the teacher of their students at school and he acts all nice and tries to be one of their favourite teachers and everything at school but he’s low key planning his pay back on each of the parents? So first he took the girl who’s missing and now he’s leaving the notes to mess with the other kids and the ‘tasks’ or whatever on the notes will mess with them?
