~ * later that evening * ~

Luna had devoured a ridiculous amount of food throughout the day and even now with darkness having fallen hours ago she was still starving. This new found appetite was ridiculous and she now understood why Dymitrius had such large meals. The pair of them were lingering on the edge of the forest with Connor and a few others behind them as they planned out the root for how exactly they were going to get Gabbie's family out of danger. Luna had opted for skin tight high waisted leather trousers which were silent thanks to some handy spells she had learned as a kid, with a lace bodysuit tucked in and a leather jacket over top. Everyone was dressed in dark clothing to assist with going unprotected. In a near whisper she said to her companion, "I've cloaked our scents, the magic will hold as long as we stay close but if anyone is separated the spell will wear off."

Connor had indeed ended up falling asleep on the sofa with his wife in his arms, utterly exhausted was how he felt after the hell hound had taken over. When his phone wouldn't stop ringing Gabbie eventually elbowed him hard in the gut to wake him up. It had been his brother urging him to join him for tonights mission. Now he lurked behind his Alpha and Luna, watching as they surveyed the area ahead while he stood back with Roman to his left. He was dressed in black jeans, which were only ever really used for scouting, and a black shirt with an equally dark hoodie over the top. His ears twitched, Luna's words reaching as a mere whisper on the wind. Focusing into his brothers mind he said, she retained her magic then? that should have been impossible.

Alaric was an ancient vampire, he had lived for well over three hundred years and he long since stopped counting. His pearl white hair reached down to his navel but tonight it was held back by a scrap of leather, plaited, as to not send his scent sailing to any nearby filthy dogs. Considering this was their territory he needed to be at least somewhat careful, especially after on of his non-biological brothers had been slaughtered the night before. It had been foolish to venture here on the night of a full moon but some of the younger members thought it would be some sort of foolish adventure.

Dymitrius had spent the rest of the afternoon feeding himself and his companion up so that they were both strong enough for his little mission this evening, gathering his strongest tribe members in tow so that he would have a real chance of defeating these blood suckers. His main aim for this evening was to ensure the safety of gabbie’s mother and begrudgingly her brother too, though he knew exactly what kind of man he was and if he had his say, he would have left him there as vampire food. He was dressed in some black jeans and his usual boots with a baggy grey hoody on, a beanie hat and his hood pulled up and he was all but covered. His tattoos no longer showing, the only thing giving away who he was being his height. “Thank you little one. We only have the bet here, everyone knows to stay close.” His voice was nothing more than a mutter but she would be able to pick up on it now. Letting his eyes flicker to his brother. You need to lead the way. Angelette will be more comfortable if you lead this.. she still hates my guts by the sounds of it. Being a teenage terror he’d made a big enemy out of gabbie’s mother and he was pretty sure he’d never be forgiven.

Gabbie has had the most relaxing afternoon with her husband, it was exactly what they both needed but as the evening drew in closer she couldn’t push away the anxiety that he would be going out and she was going to be on her own. Still, she had fed him up before he went so he was up to his highest strength and he had promised to ensure the safety of himself as well as her mother and her brother, and Connor never broke his promises to her. She was currently pottering around the house, she knew she must have been close to giving birth now as she found herself slipping into the nesting stage, the nursery was coming together, two small bassinet cots on either side of the room which was a light blue and peach colour, and she had spent the evening folding tiny little bibs and baby grows. “You’ll soon be here my loves.” She whispered as she cradled her bump, pottering into the kitchen she was in a simple pair of little shorts which sat below her bump and a little crop top which sat just above it and her cosy dressing gown. The house eerily quiet, this was the first evening she’d spent alone in a long time.

Luna had her hair plaited back and out of the way and quite frankly she had never felt so much like a spy of some sorts in her life, and she told Dymitrius as much before they had left. He hadn't put up any argument about her coming along, though she was sure if she had no magic he would have made her stay at home. Bowing her head slightly in acknowledgement of his response she looked back to the few men behind her, thankfully they were all members that approved of her so there wouldn't be an issue of having to prove herself tonight. Looking forward once again it seemed the pathway was clear and there was no sign of the vampires that were said to be lurking around. It was odd, being so close to her family home which Emmanuel had forced her to sell. She had no idea who now roamed those halls and it was perhaps better that way.

Connor met his brothers gaze, their silent communication felt so naturally after all their years of doing it so their dad never heard them plotting and scheming. Hang back here until I give the signal, last thing I want to do is spook her by showing up with this motely crew. A cheeky grin forming on his lips before he shifted past the couple in front and jogged out of the forest and towards the house, they were positioned at the backdoor which meant he needed to go around. Taking it slowly as he edged around the fence he checked the main road, all clear up front he sent back to his brother before going up to the front door and knocking.

Alaric had picked up on the delicious scent of the angel and demon hybrid that lived in the house that stood before him, even from here he could smell her blood which reminded him of a scent so familiar.. just like Lucifers own blood. He had heard rumours about the girl that lived in this home, knew that many said she was the devils daughter but he had thought it was just a phrase and not reality. Swiftly he moved to the front door, knocking thrice before moving away and around the side of the building. With his keen hearing he could pick up her laboured footsteps from being so far along on her pregnancy.

Dymitrius wanted to so badly slip his hand into Luna’s, all he wanted to do was keep her safe and close but she was a big part in this. This was her time to prove herself as a real wolf of the pack, something that would be important to the other members. Maybe if Sierra saw how well she took this on the challenge could be off and he wouldn’t have to have sleepless nights over it. Harsh, I won’t tell the others what you really think of them brother. He taunted back. Him and Connor had always been good at this, even if there were no words they were able to communicate somehow. He advanced further though stayed in the shadow of the trees for now. Putting his arms out either side as if to motion for the rest of the tribe to stay still as well. And when Connor signed, he would be there by his side to help escort angelette and Christian.

Angelette has been minding her merry business, it was almost bed time and yet again Christian was out in one of his many escapades. She hardly saw him nowadays, he was always up to something, not a lot of good she reckoned, but since Gabbie had left the family home it had been getting worse and worse. Freezing when she heard the front door she grasped into her blouse, taking a deep breath. This town was getting worse and worse and there had been a little talk of rivals and traitors.. she didn’t know exactly what that meant but it was never a good thing. Edging out to the door she opened it up a crack, leaving the chain on she peered out, seeing Connors face. “Oh thank the heavens.. Connor dear what are you doing here? Is everything okay? Is Gabriella and the babies okay?” She asked, closing the door to take the chain off and open it up properly.

Gabriella pulled out a packet of little cocktail sausages and a platter of cooked meats, pepperoni, salami, that kind of thing, she blamed it on pregnancy cravings but really it was a good excuse to just indulge in whatever she wanted whenever she wanted. Reaching for a carton of chocolate milk she froze when she heard the door. But she had to be brave, it could have been Connor, or sasha, or anyone. Someone who might need her help. She couldn’t be a wimp. Placing the things down steadily onto the counter she tugged her top down a little more unlocking the three locks and sticking her head out.. but there was nothing. Not even a cold chill rolling through. “What the hell..” she muttered. Maybe she was hearing things. Shrugging she turned to close the door.

Luna could feel her power straining to protect Connor from where they were now located but the power would hold as long as he didn't go further back onto the street he would be protected. Stopping just to the side of Dymitrius she let her hand gently brush up against his, that contact helping to ground her as they scouted the area. She was still adjusting to the senses and while the improved sight had been somewhat easy to get use to the hearing wasn't. Even while they stood still she could hear the heartbeats of all those around her, not to mention all of the wildlife within the woods. Before she could say anything all of them turned when the scent of a vampire drifted towards them all from their right but wasn't yet in sight, it won't scent us but he will attack if they get close enough.

Connor lifted his head the moment the door clicked open and his eyes locked with Angelette's, Gabbies eyes just older and wearier. Clearing his throat he spoke quietly, "We don't have long," and once she opened the door he slipped in and closed it behind him, clicking the locks back in place straight away. "Gabbie and the twins are safe but you are in danger here Angelette. You and Christian," he hated that her conniving brother was part of this rescue mission. "Vampires have migrated into this territory, they've .. eliminated all remaining wolves that use to reside here but didn't join our tribe. They will come for you but my brother and I can offer you sanctuary on our lands, at least until it's safe enough for you to return here. A few others are out back.. we don't have long."

Alaric heard the door open though could tell it wasn't to its full extent and the moment Gabbie went to close it his speed guided him to the door faster than she could blink and his foot was in the doorway. "Hello princess," he purred, a smirk on his lips as he could scent the fear coursing through her blood as he wedged the door open. "I'm not here to hurt you, I just need to talk to you. My brother that taunted you last night... he deserved what he got but I do not speak on behalf of him." his voice was silky smooth, a hundred years of lying and twisting peoples minds could do that. Plus to the naked eye he looked like nothing more than a pale handsome man, his fangs currently drawn back and the contacts he wore hid the red that may creep over his eyes in the presence of blood.

Dymitrius felt the shackles on his back begin to rise and he could sense it just as he had. He had two options here, okay it cool and just hope that the wind didn’t pick up and carry their scent away or he could be reckless and he could run and attack before they even expected him. But tonight wasn’t about that, it was about making sure everyone around them, all the immediate family was safe. There was no wolves around here any more, in fact he wasn’t even sure who lived around here any more but the scent wasn’t an obvious one to him, which meant the leeches hadn’t officially moved themselves in yet. Pushing himself into her mind which was much safer at this point if they were getting closer. Connor won’t be long. And then we head home, this is too risky tonight. We aren’t prepared enough tonight.

Angelette let out a breath of relief but it was only for a second before he began to explain and she nodded, pursing her lips together. “I know.. I.. I haven’t left the house for days, I’m scared.” She admitted. Christian had simply blown her off calling her a crazy bat but this time she knew that her paranoia was for a good reason too. “I will come.” It was a rash decision, trusting a group of wolves but Connor had been so good to her daughter, she had no reason to doubt him any more. “But Christian.. I don’t know where he is. He hasn’t been home all night. He’s been so out of character lately.” she rung her hands together, pushing her pale white hair away from her face, just searching for an answer from this young man who seemed to have so much wisdom.

Gabbie pushed harder against the door but as the soft voice landed, a cold chill hit her spine and it wasn’t from the night time breeze. Her eyes lifted to take in the man and if she screamed, well what would be the point? There was no one around to find her. She tried pushing into several minds, Roman, Colton, Sasha, Connor, Luna, anyone. But everyone was too far away and her hands were beginning to sweat. “I..I don’t want any trouble, please. Please just leave.” She begged, trying to keep her voice brave as she backed down the hallway and into the kitchen. This was her home, her safe space and yet for the life of her she couldn’t seem to even think where the sharpest knife was to get this stranger out of her home.

Luna focused down into the depths of her power and made the scent of herself and the group around her change to nothing more than damp grass to blend in with their surroundings. Channeling her magic in two places at once was risky but in her new body she felt stronger than she ever had before, even while being down in hell. it all feels too easy, we haven't seen a single blood sucker since crossing into this territory. She had a bad feeling about all of this but she was trying to burry it deep as to not worry her soul mate, something else she was still adjusting too. It was challenging sharing her emotions with someone else and quite frankly she had no idea how Gabbie and Connor had coped all this time.

Connor gave his mother-in-law a sad smile, reaching his hand forward and gently stroking her arm in a comforting motion, "We will keep you safe, I swear it on my life." He let his hand drop back to his side when she confirmed she would come and he nodded his head once - good. "I will track him down, make sure he's safe and get him to either go back up to heaven or join us where it is safe." Things would be much easier if Angelette was still able to access the kingdom in the clouds but that wasn't a possibility so there was no point in wasting time. "We will take the back door, there's a witch that will mask your scent as soon as I give them the signal so the vampires won't know we've left." He could see the hesitation in the woman's eyes, "I will come back for Christian but right now you are my priority." and with that the pair headed out the backdoor, locking it behind and he focused into his brothers mind, we are in the garden, coming through the gate soon.

Alaric could read this young ladies face as if she were an open book, it was frightfully interesting how much fear was leaking over her entire existence. And her scent?! It was to die for, he had caught whiffs from outside but now that they were in such proximity and he was in her space, it was like some sort of drug that he had never had access to in his entire existence. "No need to worry, I won't cause any unnecessary trouble." he cooed as he shut the front door behind him and on casual feet strolled towards her, even as she backed away. "Where are all your little vampire friends, hmm? I've heard so much about all of you. Your husband's a werewolf turned hell hound correct? I saw him sniffing around earlier on in that demonic form of his. It's been many centuries since I've seen something quite like that. But you Gabriella.. you are the real star of the show."

Dymitrius agreed completely with Luna, the fact that they’d got all the way here and not a single one had crossed their path? It was too good to be true, something had to be going on but he didn’t want to say it out loud for fear of jinxing it. Let’s cross that bridge when we get to it Little one. He told her. He didn’t want to deal with any trouble that wasn’t necessary but he would always fight for his tribe when he needed to. His ears perking up when he heard his brother he leaned down and kissed Luna on the cheek. I’ll be right back. He told her, tugging his hood up a little more he jogged across the path and reached up. His hand hooking onto the back gate he swung himself over, giving angelette a smile. “We meet again. Come, we will take you to gabbie for this evening and then we can have you settle somewhere.” He told her, unlocking her gate with almost silence and heading back over to the tribe.

Angelette frowned even more, staring up the staircase, just willing for her son to fabricate and make himself known but she wasn’t that lucky. He was dancing with the devil.. if only it was that simple. “Please, make sure he is okay.” She pleaded. She quickly rushed up the stairs and just packed a small bag of her necessities, clean underwear and toiletries and she slung it over her shoulder she rushed back down and slung her feet into her dolly shoes and pulling on her smart coat, she followed Connor out, just about having a heart attack when D jumped over the fence. “Oh Christ!” She sighed, glaring at him anyway, how her daughter trusted all of these men she would never know. “Lead the way.” She muttered, keeping her head down but she stood out like a sore thumb in her pale and pure clothing.

Gabbie really couldn’t believe this man was trying to reason for her. As if she would believe him, as if she would fall for that. The Gabbie from two years ago might have but she was much different now. She backed herself right up against the kitchen counter and scrambled into the drawer, pulling out a knife, not a very big one but it made her feel just a little more secure with this intruder in her house. “It has nothing to do with you, and if they even catch a whiff of you being here you and all your fucking blood sucking friends are gonna be done in. So I suggest you leave now before I do something I regret.” Her eyes were wide as she held the knife out in front of her with a shaky hand. A pregnant woman shouldn’t have to have been going through this, the stress in the babies was so unnecessary. “You know nothing about me now fuck off!” She yelled.

Connor cursed silently to himself, how the hell he was going to convince Dymitrius to lend a hand with tracking down Christian was beyond him but he had made a promise. Not just to Angelette but to Gabbie and he would never break a promise. A faint laugh drifted from his lips at the reaction she had towards his brother, to think this woman had hated his kind not so long ago and now she was running off with the two Diamond brothers in the dead of night. It was certainly amusing that was for sure. "My brother is Alpha now," he explained in a hushed voice to the lady staying close to his side, "none of the others will hurt you and if they so much as sniff you in a way you don't like just tell us." Heading through the back gate with her they were in the open plain and he could see Luna at the edge who was likely extending her magic to hide the angelic scent.

Luna felt her body lurch forward a centimetre as Dymitrius left, it was as if her body couldn't cope with being away from him and she silently reprimanded herself for feeling that way. Waiting silently for the three of them to cross the open space between the back garden gate and the edge of the woods felt like an eternity. Her ears perked and twitched at any little sound it was a job trying to keep her breathing steady and the moment Angelette was in their company she could feel her power easing now that everyone was in close proximity. "Where's the other one?" she asked in a near whisper and when Connor explained she looked over at Dymitrius before responding, "D and I will track him, you and the others get Angelette back safely."

Alaric cocked his head to the side, his pace unfaltering as he grew closer to her and now she was backed up into a corner of the kitchen with nothing but a useless blade. Silly girl clearly had yet to be taught how to kill a vampire because that blade was going to do nothing more than tickle him. "I'm not afraid of some pesky dogs," he snorted, finally stopping and pretending to admire the kitchen, "My friends tell me there's a witch amongst you all as well. Such an interesting little group.. Just a shame that you are all trying to ruin our fun." his eyes locked on to her again and his head tilted back to the centre, his eyes scanning along her neck and then down to her stomach. "Such a shame, what happened to that werewolf girl. Just a horrible mistake, a matter of the wrong place wrong time."

Dymitrius just cackled, he was trying to be quiet but man this part of it was so funny. This was all part of being an alpha though, his strong arm extending out to everyone that needed him. Within reason, of course. He jogged back across the road and reshuffled with everyone else who looked less than impressed that he had reigned another angel into their lives. But it was up to him who they looked after and this was Gabbies mother, she deserved to be cared for. “Okay right, you guys head back and we will keep you updated.” He waved off the rest of the tribe and then wrapped his arm around his love, kissing her head. “I can’t believe we are fucking doing this. That brother of hers is something else.” He muttered, taking her hand and beginning to walk further into the depths.

angelette was absolutely petrified, her heart beating like a maniac but she just wanted to be near her daughter and feel her unborn grand babies. That was all she was concentrated on as the tribe seemed to make some kind of shield around her and walked along with her, but she made sure Connor was right by her side because he was about the only one she could actually trust. “Have you.. have you seen any of them?” She asked. She couldn’t even bring herself to say the word vampire, they were even more higher up on the list than wolves were in terms of threats, Angel blood was like a drug to them which was why angelette had stayed locked up in her home since spotting a couple of them lurking up and down the streets.

Gabbie was doing the worst thing she could right now and was building herself into a complete panic which had her heart beating faster and a little bit of sweat was beginning to gather at the back of her neck as well. “Ruin your fun? You are nothing but murderers, coming into our territory which one, I believe is a fucking crime in itself but two, wiping out a whole tribe and thinking it’s okay! You’re fucking sick in the head. You’re just a nasty little leech who has no life, so you have to prey on the proud and strong to make your cold bodies feel something don’t you?” She spat, putting an arm protectively across her stomach when his eyes glanced to it, she didn’t care about herself, she just had to make sure that her babies were safe.

Luna could see the fear in that woman's eyes and it was enough for her to look away, parents had always been a hard topic for her even more so after she lost her grandma. "I can cover your scents for some of the way but you'll need to be alert," she said before they headed off. Leaning into Dymitrius chest long enough to breath his scent in and relax herself she focused on the task ahead of them. "If he pulls any funny business I'll personally ensure he doesn't fly again," was all she said, a small smirk on her lips that said she meant it before they headed off in another direction, skirting around the edge of the forest only slowing when voices and the scent of death found their noses.

Christian wasn't afraid like his mother was, vampires were some pathetic creatures that were over idolised and feared for no reason. He had set off to prove just that, and to rid the earth of yet another foul creature which is exactly how he had wound up surrounded by four vampires who had been attracted after he had killed one of their own but gotten cut in the process. "Come on, we can come to some sort of agreement about this can we not?" he said in that cocky voice of his.

Connor looked between his brother and Luna before bowing his head slightly, there was no use in arguing against his superiors and if they pulled rank on him right now.. it would be just a touch embarrassing in front of Gabbies mother. "Keep me updated," was all he said before he headed back towards home through the deep woods. Roman and Colton flanked Angelette while he kept by her side. "Unfortunately," he breathed, realising that neither himself or his wife had informed this woman about the threat they had been under last night, "Two came sniffing around at our full moon celebration last night. They have a particular interest in.. in Gabbie." the words stuck in his throat because the more he said it outside the worst it got.

Alaric laughed, a sick cold laugh that would have made any one retreat and fear and he was sure Gabbie would have done the same if she had anywhere else to go. "Says the daughter of Lucifer, the man who delights in torturing and killing and now just in Hell but also on Earth. In this world. He is the reason we exist you know, we were one of the mad mans many experiments. That's why we lust for angel blood.. but yours.. a hybrid mixture.. its like something out of this world," and as he spoke his fangs slipped out and his eyes were set on her neck but he took a step back, away from Gabbie. "But I am not here for that. You will come with me Gabriella," he said extending a hand out towards her, "To save yourself and your babies."

Dymitrius shrugged his shoulders. “I think Gabbie would be happy with that as well, I don’t quite know why we are protecting him still but Connor told me to stop asking questions when I pestered him earlier. His hands were in his pockets to stay causal and loose but he was nudging her with his arm now and again to get that little clink of energy between them that he was growing to absolutely be in love with. He paused when she did, tugging his hood up a little bit more he watched as Christian tried in vain to fight these vampires by himself. “Oh he’s so full of shit.. you know we could leave him and just say we were too late?” But Luna gave him a pointed look and he just groaned stepping further into the clearing he walked over to where Christian was. “Now now we can try and play nice can’t we? This fucking idiot isn’t worth your time is he?” He gave a big smile but it wasn’t a nice one.

Gabbie shook her head. “My father kills people for a reason, you in the other hand are so full of shit I feel like I’m in a mucking field right now the stank is so bad.” She told him, she was trying to keep up a strong and brave front right now. And just as she saw his fangs slip out she felt w gut feeling hit the bottom of her stomach but she ignored the pains for now. The babies weren’t due for another few weeks so this just had to be the fear inside of her right? “You must be fucking insane or tripping or something if you think I’m coming with you.” And with that she reached forward and shoved the knife through the mans hand, pinning it to the wall which gave her enough time to scramble out of the kitchen and into the garden, locking the back door behind her. How this was going to help she wasn’t sure but it got her away from the psycho.

Angelette frowned as he explained. This was the worst thing about Gabbie being away from home, she couldn’t have w watchful eye over her all of the time and she couldn’t judge her life. Gabbie was a free bird and that irritated her. “She is.. a one of a kind isn’t she? I’m not surprised by that. But you kept her safe don’t you? I know the love you have.. it's special.” That’s all she had to depend on, as long as Connor was there, her daughter would have her soul mate and she couldn’t worry. Walking towards their front door a chill shivered through her spine and she looked at Connor. Call it motherly instinct or sheer fear, either way, something wasn’t right. “You go first.” She urged them wolf.

Luna shrugged her shoulders, "the bastard doesn't deserve our help if you ask me." but that wasn't her call to make and Gabbie had become a good friend to her so she would fight in her corner and if this was what she wanted.. well it's what she could get. Giving Dymitrius a look she simply shook her head as if to say we should help. Following him out into the clearing she gave the vampires a lazy smile which just pissed the vampires off more, exactly what she wanted. "Aww babe," she said in the most sickly sweet voice she had ever used, "it looks like we've upset them." Her fingers flickered with power and without having to say anything they both attacked. A powerful surge forming a wall in front of one vampire while a stake of pure fire went piercing through the neck of the other, sending him to the ground clawing at his neck.

Christian bristled as he saw the werewolf that he recognised as Connors brother, the bastard werewolf from next door who had caused nothing but problems for most of their damn life. "What are you doing here?! Can't you see I can handle this?" his words might have been a snarl if he had any animalistic traits inside of him, instead it was more of a sneer. When the pair attacked he focused his lightening magic down on the one Luna trapped behind a wall, frying the blood sucker to death.

Connor froze as they neared the house, all of his senses flaring and the soul mate bond flickering back now that they were in close enough range. "Wait here," he said as he lifted his arm up, looking at the other two, "Colton stay with Angelette, if anything happens you get her out of here and go to D's. Roman check round back," and with that he silently pushed the front door open and instantly the stench of vampire engulfed his senses and it took everything in his power not to growl. Where are you little one? he asked Gabbie as he slowly made his way through the house and froze at the kitchen, seeing Alaric pulling a knife out of his hand and prowling towards the back door.

Alaric hadn't been expecting the attack and he bared his teeth as the knife went through his hand. While it wasn't enough to do any real damage it was costing him time. She had scrambled outside as he pried the knife out of his hand and sent it flying across the kitchen, "You little bitch," and as he strolled towards her completely focused on the vein in her neck that was pulsing, he hadn't heard or smelt the werewolf behind him who now had an arm around his neck. "Connor, you are later to the show."

Dymitrius put his hand up and paused, turning to Christian. They might have been in the midst of an attack but he was more than prepared to deal with Christians cheek as well. “Are you for real right now? Gabbie has put her neck in the line for you and told us to help you and you’re still whining like a little bitch? If I didn’t have my sanity riding on this I’d leave you to rot in their hands but unfortunately I don’t understand the appeal of angel blood myself, you smell a bit..off.” He commented. And with that he put his hand back down and resumed his fighting, these blood suckers might have been hungry but D had the upper hand with strength here, reaching down he tore an tree stump from the ground and tossed it at one, making it land on the chest and puncture through their dead heart, rendering them lifeless once and for all. He looked over to see Luna at work and god was he proud of his love.

Gabbie whimpered softly, the pain at the bottom of her stomach pushing into her back and she sunk her ass to the ground, her knees pulled as close to her chest as possible as she tried to hide herself in the shadows. He would be be able to sniff her out but this was just buying her a little more time until Connor came back. As soon as she felt him fluttering into her veins she lifted her head. I’m in the garden. Please hurry, I’m scared. She didn’t mind admitting when she needed his help, she didn’t have the courage and sheer ignorance like her brother did. She turned her head, hearing the commotion inside and she got up, doing her best to ignore the pain she did the only thing she could think of, picking up a dining room chair she threw it to the ground, breaking a leg off and ran at this bastard, well it was more of a Penguin waddle, and shoved it straight through his neck and punctured him up against the wall.

Christian was beginning to regret not destroying the other werewolf, now it seemed he would have to deal with his older brother and the witch who had caused nothing but chaos around the neighbourhood over the last year. "Shame all you know how to do is growl and piss like a dog," he shouted back at Dymitrius. Turning to deal with the other vampire he was met with Luna who had finished him off already and he found himself staring at her eyes - gold and purple.. that shit definitely wasn't normal but it was hard to deny her intriguing beauty. "That isn't possible.. you," but he paused, tilting his head as he observed her and his full blooded angel senses tingled as it picked up on the mark stamped underneath skin and blood. A mark that only Hell could leave on someone, "you are special aren't you little witch?"

Luna had felt such a rush from the fight and the excitement was evident in her eyes as she turned to admire her soul mates handy work. There was no doubt in her mind that Dymitrius could handle himself which meant she hadn't worried int he slightest. Looking over at Christian her smile faded and her resting bitch face was evident, "don't even waste your time angel, I have no interest in your feathers."

Connor was prepared to rip this fucker limb from limb for daring to come near his wife but when he saw her snapping the dining room chair like it was nothing he was swelling up with immense pride. That feeling was battling with the fear surging through Gabbie but as she pierced Alaric up against the wall he shifted to stand beside her, not taking his eyes off the vampire the entire time. "Did he hurt you?" he asked as calmly as he possibly could, "because I swear if he did.." no he couldn't think like that. Before he had a chance to turn and check on his wife Alaric was conscious again and he let out a death warning snarl.

Alaric was in immense pain but luckily it would appear the angel / demon bitch had no idea how to kill a vampire. looking down on the happy couple he smirked, "how.. sweet," he managed to croak out, the stake in his throat causing some problems for his speech, "you won't survive.. this war.." but before he could say more Connor had snapped his neck and he was done for.
