other - Sofia is very artistic and enjoys spending her spare time with a paintbrush in her hand. She also enjoys working with little kids and wants to be an elementary art teacher. Her previous relationship was with an abusive guy so she's slowly rebounding from her broken heart. / Maddox wants to be involved in the culinary track when he gets out of high school. He loves cooking and wants to open up his own restaurant a few years down the road. He's been with a few girls but definitely hasn't found 'the one' yet. 

Also, not to like be nosy or tell you how to run this or anything, but do you know how many people you are going to let in? The last high school rp I was in was HUGE and it got way too confusing and overwhelming. 

Sofia was putting the finishing touches on her hair. She placed a few bobby pins into her 'do in order to keep her messy bun nice and secure, as she knew it was going to be a windy day. She went back into her room and grabbed her jacket and her purse before descending down the stairs. She went into the kitchen and made herself an omelette, her usual breakfast food choice for school each morning. She finished eating and pulled her keys out of her purse, wanting to get to school early to work with her teacher on the painting that she had started in class the day before. She was recovering from a nasty cold so she was trying to catch up in all of her classes, which made things hard because she couldn't take her art project home like she could with some of the other pieces that she had worked on. She drove to school in her blue Mazda before pulling into her usual parking spot. She got out of her car and heading inside towards the art classroom, hoping she wouldn't be completely alone until school started in 45 minutes. She went to work on her project, liking how it was coming along.

 

Maddox groaned as he rolled over in bed, forgetting that it was Monday and he had school to go to. He took a glance at his clock and realized that he was running late but would still be able to make it to school in time. He slid on a shirt and changed into a pair of dark wash jeans. He went downstairs and slid on his shoes that he sat by the front door before returning to the kitchen. He grabbed an apple from the basket and snacked on it for a few minutes before going back upstairs to brush his teeth. He fiddled with his hair for a few moments before deciding that it would just have to look unruly and messy today, there was no changing its texture with little time to do so. He grabbed the jacket that he kept draped across his dresser and slid it on, yelling goodbye to his parents. He ran down his driveway to the bus stop, thankful that he was ready in time and didn't have to catch a ride with the neighbor that he strongly disliked. Sure, it would have been nice to have a car at his age, but he knew that it would cause a lot of stress for his parents that they didn't deserve. The parents he was so thankful for didn't need any other bills on their plate.
