Bradley watched as her best friend Amanda walked up the stairs, claiming how 'tired' she was. She sighed as she grabbed the remote, this summer was supposed to be about the two of them, but all Amanda had talked about was her new man, and Bradley was aware that she was only leaving to go talk to him on the phone. "What to watch...what to watch..." She mumbled to herself as she checked all of the movie channels, wanting to watch something scary. She had turned off all of the lights when she heard weird noises, only to come to the realization that it was Gustav coming up from the basement. "Jesus, you scared me!"

Scotty had been locked up in his room for most of the night, his parents were out of town and he didn't want to leave with his little sister and her friend. They just were annoying half of the time, talking about boys they would never get. He looked at the time and grumbled "I guess I need some food" He said as paused the movie he was watching and walked downstairs to the kitchen. Not even bothering to say hello, he wasn't in the mood to socialize with either of them. As he was cooking, he noticed his sister walking upstairs and her friend coming into the kitchen. "She left you alone for the night?"

mella sighed softly when teegan went upstairs, claiming how she felt ill and just wanted an early nice. everyone knew she would simply be sneaking out when she was sure mella and her brother, scotty, weren't paying any attention. "whatever good night." she turned her head back to the tv, chewing on her bottom lip. she didn't want to go to bed, not this early. so she got up, heading into the kitchen when she heard scotty, and stood in the doorway, smiling slightly. "yeah.. again. so it's whatever. what're you cooking anyway?" she bit her lip. heading over to where he was, glancing down at the pans.

"No, it's okay...don't worry, I get scared over the smallest things" She wondered why he was even up here, she had only ever seen him spend all of his time in the basement. Scotty laughed "That's not really a good friend to me" He sighed and looked back at her "I'm cooking some good old pasta" He smiled "If you want some I have enough for the two of us?" He grabbed two plates, knowing she would say yes no matter what. "I mean, I'll even eat with you" He winked and handed her a plate "Do you wanna go watch tv in my room? Or was your big plan to be in the living room all night struggling to find something to watch?" He took a bite and added "I have netflix in my room...." He smirked knowing she would say yes.

"it's cool. we don't need to be in each other's company 24/7 to be friends. i'm only here because my stupid parents wouldn't let me go on holiday." she as still so pissed about that, but pushed it off to the side, lifting her head and biting her lip when he mentioned the pasta. "well, if you're offering.." she smiled and licked her bottom lip, getting them both a fork each, listening to him talk. pasta and netflix? things really couldn't get any better than that. "cool, let's go. lead the way." she smiled up at him.

She hadn't thought anything about this, it was just a movie. And they were two people, just enjoying a movie. Once he was sitting down and had stopped moving she hit play "I've never really seen this movie, so I don't know anything about it..." She laughed, not really sure if her talking would make things more or less awkward. She had to admit, Gustav was very cute, and she had always crushed on him but knew he didn't feel the same.

Scotty shrugged "I don't know...I just thought the two of you guys were best friends. And I'm sorry, but a best friend doesn't do that to someone" He smiled "I'll just shut up now, I'm sure you don't want advice from me" He nodded his head and walked up to his room "It's a little messy, because well, it's my room" He laughed "You can just push some of the clothes off from the bed if you want to sit down" He said as he grabbed the remote to turn the tv on. Of course, his side of the bed was clean so he could sleep in it and not bother moving things around

mella smiled. "we are best friends. I can just cope without spending all my time with her. we're more like sisters than anything, and it really doesn't bother me. I like being alone sometimes anyway." she shrugged and looked up at him, heading up the stairs. "you have no idea about best friends so shush." she grinned and went in, biting her lip. there were pants and clothes and stuff everywhere. plus girls' underwear on the floor. she rolled her eyes and sat next to him, resting her plate on her lap.

Bradley laughed "I guess that could work" She smiled and then hit play on the remote. She fixed the blanket and wrapped it around herself making sure that she was all covered up, she looked over at him "Uh, did you want to share the blanket with me?" She bit her lip, not sure if he would think it was weird or not. She had always been scared to admit that she had a crush on him. She knew she would never tell him either, he probably wasn't into her. She was too innocent for his smoking, and drinking self.

gustav smirked and nodded once. he was very sarcastic in his nature and with generally everything he did. he always had that silly smirk across his lips. he bit his lip as he looked over at her, shrugging and nodding. "well if you're sure you can spare me a corner of your little blanket home, it'd be nice. it's cold tonight." he nodded and shuffled a little closer to her so that they could both stay warm. it wasn't weird, was it? all they were doing was sitting very close to one another and sharing a blanket. nothing could go wrong, could it?

Bradley scooted closer over to him "I don't know, I mean I guess I can spare some of this blanket" She winked and then gave him some of the blanket. She knew that the two of them being close meant nothing, but it was still nice to be like this with him. They didn't really say much once the movie started, she had assumed he wasn't one of those types to talk during movies like his sister was. She hadn't been paying attention when there had been a jump really high, she prayed that he wouldn't say anything about it. She wasn't scared, she had just been caught off guard.

gustav slipped his arm over her shoulders, along the back of the sofa, so that they could it a little more comfortably and they could also both be underneath the blanket. he turned the lamp off, wriggled around a bit before he got comfy and then watched the film. it wasn't that scary, more tense than anything. he turned his head and smiled slightly when she jumped, sliding his arm around her a little more, he pulled her in a bit closer to him, to let her know she was safe.

Bradley wasn't sure what to think when he put his arm around her, she just kinda sat there for a bit before leaning toward him. His body was warm, it felt good to actually be in someone else's arms. Sure, she had had her share of men, but none of them had felt as normal as the way she felt when she lay with Gustav. She couldn't help but jump again when something came onto the tv. "Damn!" She laughed, she was embarrassed "You must think I'm a child for getting scared at something that isn't even scary"

gustav hoped his friendly gestures didn't come across as weird. he liked to be a comforting fellow and he knew that naturally ladies would either fall for it or think of him as a creep. gladly, it seemed as if bradley wasn't too freaked out by him, and so he went ahead and pulled her slightly close, stroking up and down her arm gently, he made sure the blanket was comfortably around them. he looked at her, chuckling softly. "not at all, i'm just glad i'm here to be able to look after you." he winked playfully, before looking back at the tv. "sure you don't want anything to drink?"

Bradley could not read his mixed signals, she wasn't sure if this meant he had feelings for her or not. She paused the movie when he asked if she wanted anything to drink. She nodded her head "Sure, anything will do" She moved away from him, letting him get up and walk over to the kitchen. While he was gone, she took out her phone from her back pocket and texted some of her friends. SHe put it away once he came back "What did ya get me?" She playfully asked since she couldn't see what he was holding since it was dark.

gustav got up when she moved a little and smiled, stretching his legs as he went into the kitchen, humming to himself. "let me know what's happening in the film though dee dee!" he grinned as he reached into the fridge and grabbed a couple of beers, and then headed back in, sitting down next to her again. "I just got us a beer each. that's okay, right? you drink yeah?" he smiled and cracked his open, resting hers on the coffee table in case she didn't drink alcoholic beverages. after all, she was a little bit younger than him.

Bradley laughed "I paused it for you" and watched as he grabbed the two of them some beer. She nodded her head "Of course I drink" She took the beer and opened it and took a sip. "So, why are you drinking with me?" She laughed "You don't mind me being under aged and everything?" She laughed and cuddled up in the blanket again with him. She smiled "So, want me to play the movie ?"
