okay, so we both know the plots so i'll just ahead and start! - - - “Oh Liv won’t you stay for just a little longer?” Jennifer pleaded as she kept a tight grip on her best friend’s hand. It was her wedding night and Olivia had loved it, the atmosphere, the people, one young man in particular but she would come to him later. But it was getting later in the evening and Olivia had one too many dances with Jen’s Great Uncle Fred. She was beat and just wanted to go home for a long, hot soak in the bath. “Don’t be silly, you’ve got what? Fifteen minutes until you leave for your honeymoon? Spend it with Taylor,” Olivia told her with a little laugh as she reached over to pluck her pastel pink blazer from the chair, slipping it on. “But the maid of honour has to stay!” Jennifer tried to please one last time but Olivia shook her head before pulling her in for a hug. “You are going to dance with Taylor and enjoy the rest of your night. I’ll see you when you get back,” she said, smiling when Jennifer reluctantly wrapped her own arms around her best friend. As they pulled away, Jennifer had tears in her eyes and Olivia quickly grabbed her clutch, “No, I’m going. Don’t, you’ll make me cry,” she said, grateful for Taylor who came over as if on cue and whisked Jennifer off to the dancefloor. For just a moment, Olivia let herself admire the couple. They were perfect for eachother, it was so clear to see. Taylor was a lovely guy and he made Jennifer smile which was all Olivia had ever wanted for her best friend. Before it could make her feel anymore depressed she scanned the room once more for a certain person; Jack. But couldn’t find him. They’d been placed next to eachother at the same table and she’d only met him once before at the rehearsal. Tonight, however, they’d begun to speak more and more and she found him to be extremely funny, genuine and caring. They seemed to click instantly and didn’t run out of things to talk about. His number was one of the things she’d wished she’d gotten ahold of but it was too late now. After one last look at the emptying hall, she turned and walked from the reception into the cold night, beginning to search for a taxi. - - - Carson looked at the phone in his hand and bit his lip lightly. Did he really want to do this? Did he really want to lower himself to the standards of his so-called ‘friends? “Carson, hurry up man! How long does it take?” came the voice of one of his friends and his mind was made up. Stupid peer pressure. As quickly as he could he dialled the number of Rosalie Jackson and held the phone to his ear, waiting for her to pick up. The dial-tone was making him feel a bit nervous inside but on the outside he was his usual cocky self, the side he showed to his friends and everybody else. Rosalie was a bit of a geek, it was known around the school that she kept to herself and didn’t talk to many people. That was why he had chosen to call her. They had to pick the biggest ‘dork’ in school and he had finally agreed to pick her. He didn’t even want to participate but again, peer pressure. Just then the line clicked and there was a “Hello?” on the other end of the line. “Rosalie! Hey, It’s Carson Quinn. Y’know from school?” he asked her, pausing for a moment before continuing his words. “The football captain?” he asked her, just to make sure she knew who he was. When he was fairly certain she did, he continued on, “Listen are you busy tonight? Me and my friends are having a sort of scavenger hunt thing and we each get to pick a partner. Of course I picked you because, well, I want to win, right?” he said, with a laugh. “So are you up for it? Please say yes! I’ll come around in the next five minutes? You live on Baker street, yeah?” he asked her, realising he’d asked about ten questions in the space of two minutes. But he wanted to get all his words out and then wait for her answer.

Jack was currently slow dancing with Taylor, trying not to burst out into laughter. He had known Taylor ever since he was in kindergarten, and had grown up with him for most of their lives. They had always made new friends and saw old ones go but these two had stuck by each other like twins. Maybe Jennifer was now Taylor's other half but Jack was definitely the one who had that position first, in a bromantic way. As Taylor tried to dip Jack, they couldn't take it any longer and had instead bursted out into a fit of giggles, tears falling down their cheeks from their failure. ''Oh...my gosh...'' Jack breathed, wiping tears away from his cheeks and looking over at Taylor as he caught his breath. ''Woooow, we had something to drink, right?'' They continued chuckling and then Jack had smirked as he caught his best friend looking over his new bride. The couple were so very much in love with each other and anyone could see that no one else was perfect for either of them. He was constantly thanking whoever had made them meet each other because honestly, both Taylor and Jennifer had both deserved to be this happy. Jack pushed his best friend, grinning as he jumped. ''You know you wanna...maybe Jen will teach YOU how to dip, ay?'' Taylor gave a fake gasp but it was so easy to spot the pink curling up inside of his cheeks, but then he had left her in a matter of seconds for his wife. Jack was then alone, deciding to lean against the bar after ordering another glass of rose, enjoying the buzz this wedding had brought to all of them. Sipping onto the wine, he remembered the woman he had sat on the same table, who had gone by the name Olivia. Man...she was something else. He started to remember all the little details of her, her British accent and the way her eyes brightened up as her smile reached them whenever she was geniuenly full of happiness. As if on cue, Jack had spotted her and left his glass onto the bar, grinning as he watched her push her way out of a crowd. He started to do the same, but then frowned as she seemed to leave the building. His eyes had shifted onto the ground, finding one of the clips that must have fell loose out from her hair. The little jewels in it had started to sparkle in under the chandelier light, just like her eyes had done. As a warm smile had played onto his lips, Jack held the little clip securely into his hand so he wouldn't drop it and ran out the building, hoping she'd still be there. To his luck, Olivia was still outside in the freezing night. ''Olivia!'' He called, running up to her and panting as he finally reached her, lost into her eyes as she turned around to face him. ''You...you dropped...'' But no matter how hard he tried, he just couldn't get the words out. She just left him speechless. Instead, he gently pushed the clip back into her, smiling as he scanned her, taken aback by her beauty. ''Wow...'' He was oblivious he had just said this out loud.

''One, and two, and one and- OWWW!''

Rosalie Jackson was in the middle of the boxing arena, her gloves on as she practised punching Lucian's punch bags, squeezing her eyes shut as she heard her brother wince in pain as she accidentally punched his arm. Ooops? She opened them and had jumped out of the arena, going over to the water dispenser and opening a sanwich bag, filling with with ice and sealing it. She then jumped back in and handed it to Lucian, averting his gaze as he tried to heal himself with the ice. Her older brother sighed, noticing how she seemed to be blaming herself again. He had suggested that Rosalie should take boxing lessons at his workplace to boost up her confidence at school. She was already very competitive and confident but it was a whole different story at school. Rosalie was the nerd that everyone picked on because of her intelligence and how she just ignored everyone, or at least tried to. Now people had noticed how much of an easy target she was and started to physically and emotionally bully her, and he just couldn't take it anymore. His little sister had always been good at sports but she had surprised him when she turned out to be good at boxing. You needed that fire and he wasn't sure if she had it in her, but she did. He wrapped an arm around her, giving her a reassuring smile. "Hey, it's...i-it's fine. You just need focus, 'kay?" She gavehim a nod and then heeaded to his office, wiping the sweat from her forehead and sprinkling water against her face. Rosalie had not yet learned to bring her "fire" to school, but she was trying as hard as she could. After a few minutes had gone by, she recieved a call from unknown and was surprised to hear Carson Quinn's voice, the captain of teh football team, the guy that made girls swoon after him as he walked down the hallway. She was even more surprised at the mention of a scavenger hunt and that he'd picked her and the ten billion questions he had asked after that. She was lost for words, and wondered how he had known where she left. "I-I..." She tried to tal, then felt a blush creep into her cheeks. "...I...um...o-okay..." Rosalie answered, then quickly hung up. One side of her thought there was something fishy about all this...but the other side hoped he would come over. She wanted to hang out with him but wasn't sure of his posse. Carson's best friends were all the guys who'd bully her, but Carson? He never said a poisionous word to her or laid a finger on her.

Olivia held her hand out, trying to signal down the only taxi that had passed in the last five minutes. There didn’t seemed to be any driving in this area tonight which was incredibly unlucky for her as she lived at the other end of town. She let out a sigh but turned when she heard somebody calling her name, Jack. This was the guy who had sat at the same table as her during the reception and as he moved towards her stealthily, she let herself take a good look at him. He was tall with a slightly muscular build, she’d been able to see some muscle tone when he’d taken off his suit coat during dinner. Dark blue eyes surrounded by long eyelashes, sharp cheekbones and such good definition of his jaw that it must’ve been created by the gods. At the moment his hair looked black in the cold night but when he moved underneath the street lamp it distinctively dark brown with warm tones. He seemed a little out of breath and she couldn’t help but to laugh at little as he spluttered out some words but ended with ‘wow’. Now Olivia wasn’t one to blush but something about this guy just made her feel a little giddy and she knew that she was happy to have met him tonight. “Thanks,” she said, motioning to her head near the spot where he’d placed the clip back in. “Did you run all the way up here, boy you must be unfit,” she told him, teasingly with a smile as a flash of lights went by and Olivia noticed it was an empty taxi. “Dangit!” she complained as she turned to look up the empty street, hoping for another taxi to come barrelling down. “I was actually just leaving, I looked for you but I couldn’t find you anywhere,” she said, turning back around to face him, with an apologetic smile. It was so cold out here that everytime she breathed, there was a little puff of smoke that appeared from her mouth. If she didn’t get in a taxi soon she’d start to shiver. She wasn’t very good with the cold. - - - “Great!” Carson exclaimed but she had already hung up the phone. He pulled it away from his ear and looked at it for a few moments before locking it, slipping it back into his pocket. “Right we’re ready now Carson finally got his arse into gear,” one of his friends said and Carson rolled his eyes at him. He was such a douchebag. His name was James and well, Carson didn’t even consider him of one his friends. It was common knowledge that the guy was out for the spot of captain on the football team but Carson wasn’t going to give it up so easily. “Here are your lists, only meet back here by 2am tonight if you have completed everything on the list. We’ll decide the winner then,” he told them all as Carson took one of the lists. There had to be about 20 things here they had to complete in the next five hours to win and Carson was desperate to win. He didn’t like to lose. “It’s on,” he told him friends with a grin as he walked from the house, jogging to his car as he turned it on. Now he knew that Rosalie lived on Baker street but he didn’t know what number. Hopefully she’d be outside or something when he pulled up because otherwise he had no idea how he would find her. It didn’t take him long to get to her street and he cruised up, looking out both sides of the car windows before he recognised her car. It was hard to miss considering it was a bright shade of yellow. He pulled to a stop infront of her house, leaving the list on the drivers seat as he jogged up to the front door, giving a sharp rap with his knuckles. Hopefully she wouldn’t be too long because he wanted to get going.
