Story mode or uk mode, meaning? - Forum

I'm still kind of new here and I've always liked roleplaying but this got me confused. What's the difference between 'story mode' and 'uk mode' in roleplaying?

I've tried searching through VP for an answer and yes, I did google it but I didn't get a clear answer to it.

Story mode is literally like writing it like a story, for example;

Indie walked over to the fridge and pulled it open. She grabbed the bottle of milk and then headed back to where she was making her cup of coffee. She added in the milk and gave it a stir before she went and put the milk away again. She took a sip of coffee and then smiled when she saw her boyfriend walk in ''Morning handsome,'' she said softly, giving him a small smile.

Just using making coffee as an example haha
