no its a avatar. but in irl it depends on what you use it for like gyaru is mostly bc the beauty stuf is mostly really pale people n etc and gyaru is basically rebelling over that. but if ur white and yuou would do it , it would be marked as racist bc really pale skin isnt a really high beauty standerefg. but also like a light tan is ok too and spray tanning is eh but its mostly used for muscle stuff idk
