sometimes there are numbers in the codes, also sometimes they are limited and can easily get to max claims in 20-60mins
I tried copying it exactly. Then lowercase. Then replacing the numbers with letters both as capitals and lowercase. (Because I don't know which way is right) but none of them worked. So I was out of time?

you would either get "code doesn't exist" if it was inputted incorrectly or you would get a maxed claim message/Ip already claimed :0

Make sure you 1's are not you i's and you l's are not your capital i's
your o's can be 0's lol idk what else to say; just keep trying

No, the design team said to send it to another team because it wasn't enough of a collection for the design team to put out. But I don't really know what that means.
