He was an abusive alcoholic, who would beat my kids and me on a daily basis, He never had a job, I was the one stuck working long hours and 2 hours of sleep each night for 4 years. Until I had enough and filed for a divorce and try to get full custody of my kids. I didn't care what he do to me, but when he beats my kids. It goes way over the line. So I filed divorce and showed video and photo evidence of the bruises I received and the kids bruises and black eyes. I won the case and he was sent the jail for battery and injury to a minor, and domestic violence. He now in jail for 50 years with a possibility of parole at 40 years. Just for safe measure, I moved to Hawaii and took the kids with me. Now i'm a single mom, but I rather stay like that and be the fatherly and motherly roles to my kids.
