It was! It was around for a few years (early/mid 2000s to early 2010s). Basically a site that was dedicated to designing and trading/selling fashions. They had their on boutique on their site, making for easier fashion design, there was an "auction house" where you could hold live auctions for your items/to acquire other items, and you could even sell your own items in your boutique/buy items from others boutiques.

It was awesome. I wanna say it closed in 2013. One of the best fashion/forum sites ever, I wish someone would bring it back somehow.
