Somehow everybody has to make an effort. The team who works the best with most active touring members gets the most fans.

Well, there's still a lot that could be added on. This is just a draft. Maybe there could be a bit of album making dragged in too, with daily assignments.

Or like the advertising campaigns, where the bands can hire venues, arenas and so on.

Popstars don't tend to focus on the whole band, just the frontman. though even if they did, plenty of bands have more or fewer than 4-5 people. See Tenacious D, ska bands.
