yeah atleast the FT account should get it, so if poll needed you can just create a thread with the team account. But it'd be super epic to get it for all team members cool

I disagree. It's not about giving the teams an advantage (that purpose is served by the monthly team sets), it is about the practicality of forum team using the forum to the full extent of what it can be.
Why shouldn't everyone in the team get the manager and just the account?

I agree with everyone in the Forum team getting manager, just not all team members in general.

For sure. At least when Kim was Admin, the Social Media team got resources (money) for such things (in addition to it being for prizes), so I don't see why FT should not.
Shadowjess usually is willing to help out with giving team accounts money, which can be used for prizes and buying manager if necessary!
