There were so many helpful ideas being passed around on Kaj's thread and I think we need a space to expand on them and share feedback but without the snide comments at kaj.
So please post what your thoughts were in terms of fixing the system for how hof/wof/dm is done. And anything else that was mentioned prior or needs mentioning

Current thoughts:
☆ More items for males - ensure their Hof/Wof always has items set
☆ Give designers more say in what their sets are used for + respect them more
☆ fix bugs and overall improve site
☆ Update the users more regularly on what is happening
☆ Give Jess more admin powers + MOD's better accessibility for when admins are busy/away
☆ If unsure of what sets to set ask Admins
☆ Schedule - Have items set on a wednesday for the following weeks (WOF/HOF/DM) so that if there isn't any sets he can request from designers to upload some in plenty of time
☆ Set aside time to read and respond to ALL his mail (from all servers)
☆ Better communication with teams
☆ New Games
☆ Equality across teams (re; powers)
☆ Act more professionally when addressing users on the site. Remember the sites audience, is what you are posting appropriate?
☆ Easier ways to earn money
☆ Keep work and personal life separate (re: relationships)
☆ Paying 1 designer and not the rest is unfair.
☆ Keep your hostile comments to yourself when responding to the community, it is off putting and unprofessional.
☆ Functions in MP that are in wardrobe: Least IG - Most IG // Newest - Oldest
☆ Save multiple looks as favourites
☆ Credit set week - include designs by multiple designers from all servers
☆ Perhaps a rule in place for badged designers to have to make at least 1 male set per month/every second month
☆ Perhaps hire someone to speak to the community on your behalf in order to maintain a professional relationship with the site
☆ Get rid of the bodyguard
☆ Change order items show up in our wardrobe (more customisation options)
☆ Check with your servers admin/moderator team before banning or punishing users.
