personally i'd suggest either only allowing one HOF winner per IP address, that way nobody would have a reason to use their side accounts to participate, or having someone check the HOF before sending prizes out (i'm not sure how the system for sending prizes out works, so take that second suggestion w/ a grain of salt)

i know both of the things i've suggested have tons of potential flaws but i figured they're good starting points

using a vpn would probably lag the games out like crazy though, i remember trying to use a proxy on gaia and half the games wouldn't even load

that was one of the first things i thought of when suggesting the ip thing, like i said there's still a few potential flaws
