vp/kaj is not interested in benefitting the new users and users who cannot buy for real money. they want to make users want to buy credits with real money.

 those people who purchase credits but dont have a manager cant claim credits. So its unfair however you look at it because its not supporting all the people who put money in to the site. 
Its not a massive amount of cr but it doesnt make ot any less fustrating when you cant claim it.
