As libertas said, he is the owner of this website.

As far as i know he created it many years ago for a girlfriend or something like that and have just continued to keep it up. He have expressed multiple times that he has no plan to really do anything to this page though.
I also think it's about money, he don't wanna spend money on the page if there is no outcome. 
One example was when we had a tiktok contest, we got promised new games if we could reach a certain about of users (which spoilers, we didn't do), only other time i remember him updating the site in the past year, is to secure the page more, since it got hacked.
