However, it takes too long till certain stuff is taken care of (for example: a certain banned user sneaking back in, it took over an hour till she was banned again). 

I would also appreciate if the countless threads made by a certain banned user would get deleted. Since vp is so inactive that stuff is often on the first or first few pages of the forum category.

nah we can’t have a mod that just ban and delete ppl and don’t care about other things. I think that would be alot of problems if someone have that power and don’t care about other stuff. What if it’s other problems that we need mods for. And then they wont help us bc they can’t. 

We need mods that are activ and can help with stuff.

the only things mods had to moderate in the last few months was that one banned user and bots.

i'll be honest in saying that i know with myself that i'm not as active as i want and should be in this position, and that's on me. should i step down? yes, maybe. but all that will do right now is make the mod team even smaller and allow for even more gaps where no mods are online.

Pretty much this.
As VP activity went down so did mod activity. It does seem like VP has gotten a lot of new members and new activity since I left modsquad though, so hopefully more reliable users will apply to a hopefully future application round.
