2nd Idea

Personal Message should be made for friends exclusively.There should be  exceptions for the Newsletters from ET and TPC of course!So other than the mods,admin or system,ET and TPC only your friends get to PM you.Its sometime annoying as we get some unwanted callers.We have an open Guestbook.So whoever is not a friend can leave a note in the guestbook.

Idk will everyone consider this.Its just an idea.(SORRY 2 Ideas)lol.

The second idea... Well, I get your point. But I think in that case, you should be able to choose whether you want to recieve PM's from only your friends or from everyone. I just don't really think it's useful, you can also just ignore the messages or say you don't want to mail.
