In order to make trading credits and pd faster and better, I would suggest adding a kind of Marketplaza but for currency trading (or just selling credits for pd).

Any user (or maybe just members with manager, or just members with sponsor/diamond members) would be able to set up a trade offering cr in exchange for pd and viceversa, and anyone could come and claim the offer. All of these trades would be open to every member, so it's not for private exchanges since we already have that.

I don't know how hard this would be to code, but it's an idea that could help credit-desperate people (my current state tbh). I think it would make the trade of currency much easier and faster for everyone, since sometimes it's a challenge to find people who are selling, and they can only do so when they're online. If people could just toss an amount in there it would be much more convenient.
