What i'm trying to say is that if you want to buy cr with your card but don't have a paypal. You put your information in and it gives Euros instead of US Dollars but you can't convert it to Euros thats what i'm trying to suggest lol

It just takes the amount of dollars corresponding to the amount in euro
We dont use euro in my country either but I can still buy either way

If thats what youre in doubt about idk, not sure
