people only bring up the web metaphor, but people don't realize that they're legit computer terms- a spider creeps websites and collects generic information (usually what the site is about) , and is usually used by companies to gather information for advertising. they're mostly harmless, but somewhat annoying

meanwhile fisherman could be phisher-man, a phisher being someone that masks themselves as someone trustworthy to collect sensitive information from a target to later use it/take that information as hostage against the person

i think computer boy is a call for help from poppy, saying that computer boy has her information and is now constantly watching her every move and using that information against her

too deep? probably lmao
