okay i get that but i think she just got angry because by now we should know that famous peoples nudes gets leaked and she should be more careful, but yeah i don't like the tone of her voice
when are we going to have this energy for the people who LEAK the nudes
Obviously, no one likes people who do so-called "black hat hacking" and leak private photos, conversations, so on...
But hacking into a phone is not hard for someone who knows what they're doing, and there is a lot of people today that can easily hack other people's phones. It's not hard for people to learn how to hack either. Therefore I think it's important that people realise that there is a risk when you take a nude. There is a risk when you send a nude. If you don't like that risk, you just have to not take that nude.
And you are especially in danger of getting your nudes leaked if you're a celebrity, which was kind of what Whoopi was refering to.
It is obviously not Bella's fault, but it is not wrong to say that it would never have happened if she had never taken the nudes in the first place.
We live in a world where digital media play a huge role and we just have to be aware that that means that not everything we put on our digital devices will stay 100% private. It's sad, but that's how the world is right now.
People are already doing what they can by making "black hat hacking" illegal. There's really not that much more you can do.
there's a risk when you do your banking online. there's a risk when you shop online. there's a risk that someone will break into your house. there's a risk someone will break into your car. there's a risk you'll get murdered. maybe you shouldn't have a house. maybe you shouldn't have a car. maybe every celebrity should post their camera rolls and texts messages right now, they're just asking for them to get leaked anyway by taking them, by texting people.... there's always a risk, that doesn't make the victim any less of a victim, that doesn't mean they don't have a right to be angry or upset, that doesn't mean they don't deserve sympathy. it does mean that anyone that tells them "x would never have happened if they had or hadn't z" is victim blaming.
