I havent really listened to her music so I have no opinion tbh 

I'm sure there are legitimate criticisms but I see a lot of backlash centered around her image, themes and fans 

It reminds me of when people levied hate at bands like P!ATD, MCR and FOB specifically for their image and the fans and culture that were attached to that genre rather than the music
