i really love em but 80's gothic rock and post-punk is one of my favorite genres and I feel like bands that aren't the cure or siouxie and the banshees don't get enough love today.

The thing is, the cure aren't just goth rock/post punk, they have so many albums with great songs on each of them (if you haven't, you should really check out the join the dots compilation, so many gems.
