Yet another JB crime that
Glados

hasn't been punished [from tumblr]

sweetsyren:

Justin Bieber has outraged fans in Argentina by kicking their national flag while on stage.

Videos from a Buenos Aires concert show fans throwing two Argentine flags onto the stage, both of which land near the singer’s feet.

Most musicians on world tours would be expected to hold up the flags as a mark of respect to their fans.

However, the footage shows Bieber trying to remove them from the stage by first kicking at them on the floor with his shoes.

The pop star then uses his microphone stand to sweep them off stage, one after the other, before jumping in the air and smiling.

Insulting Argentina’s flag is a crime punishable in the country by up to four years in prison.

Do it, Argentina. DO IT FOR ALL OF US.

wow

off topic but
I don't understand why someone would get four years for disrespecting a flag though?

Because flags represent the nation, the unity, the people and everything they have fought for.

Is there any punishment in the US if you do that?

I think there is. I've been trying to find it to reply to your first post but I'm coming up blank

Imagine if Justin did that to the American flag. That would be crazyyyy. He already disrespected Clinton.

Anyways, what JB is doing is so stupid. I really hate it. I like him like I've said, but he's been acting out lately.

Found it! This is the most specific one i could find. Its from cornell university law school

(1) Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.

He thought it was a shirt, and usually when fans throw things on stage he pushes it off for the security to take care of, for safety reasons.
Love him with my life, but i feel so confused about him. You see him on twitter always apologizing and posting all these positive things, yet it's one problem after another in reality. I wish he could get everything together.

He did graffiti and claimed he 'didn't know it was illegal'
He slept with a porn star and got a picture of her with him sleeping on the internet.
He spit on fans
He said rape happens for a reason

I have many reasons I don't like him, but feel free to make your own assumptions

When a flag becomes old or generally not suitable for use you can burn it ceremonially. I went to one once

I'm sooo confused about him. I think he's a beautiful artist and a great dancer, he gives to charities and seems fun, I don't know D:
He's young, but not dumb. He should be able to think before he does these things.

I don't think that anyone show be punish for doing anything to a flag and the reason i say this is because it's just that a flag people have put symbols and stuff behind the flag( something that represents it) but it's still a flag it's not a living nor breathing thing
