Hello and welcome to the Tumblr Team’s hosting of Town of Salem!!

Town of Salem is a free, online mafia style game, where you must use your wit to figure out who is an enemy and who is an ally. You will be assigned one of three alignments - Town, Mafia or Neutral. As a town member you’ll need to track down the mafia and stop them before they do any harm. As a member of the mafia, however, your goal is to kill the townies before they even get the chance…

There are many roles in this game, all of which have different abilities and motives - we recommend you read this list of roles before you play, especially if you haven’t played before! The TOS Wiki also has pages on each role, if you need it.

There will be 6-8 rounds played spread out across two days, maybe more if there is time.
Please add Echoesss (Echoes), Osknowsis (@Babooshka), Kitbug (@iridiscencia) and Saicere (@Cimorene) on Town of Salem, so that we can add you to our game once we start! 






- No side accounts allowed, we will be checking.
- It’s not allowed to win for someone else - neither participation prize nor winning prize.
- You are allowed to participate as many times as you want, though if there are a lot of people who want to play, we will invite them instead of people who have already won/played many rounds.
- Write your ToS username in the forum so we know who you are.
- When you choose a name for your character in the game (not your account on ToS!) It HAS to be your VP username.
- Don’t close your tab if the game freezes (ToS freezes quite a lot sometimes), wait until the end of the round to do it. Otherwise you'll not receive the prize.
- Try not to change tabs when you start to play, it may cause the game freeze!

Make sure to tell us your TOS username so we know who you are!!

and DO NOT forget to write your VP Username as your character name when you join a game.
if your name isn't your VP Username it will not be valid.

Of course, there will be a reward if you participate! Don’t think we forgot about that!

Winners



*As long as you are on a winning team, whether you are alive or not at the end of the round, you will win this set, assuming that you are still in the game. You cannot win a set for your friend, neither can you claim a set of the opposite gender for your side account.

A: The prizes will be sent out once the event is over!

Q: Can I win the set for a friend?
A: Unfortunately you can’t win the set again.
