Day 1 of the Drekkal’Zuun
The red dust settles. The sun hangs heavy above. The first day begins.

Glade receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor.
Later, Meowmere sees smoke rising in the distance. As she gets closer, she spots Glade by a small fire. Meowmere steps forward, and Glade quickly backs away without a fight and takes off running.

Cynamity spends the morning trying to spear fish with a trident, but has no luck. He then decides to hide in the bushes, covering himself with dust and leaves.
Someone must've felt bad for him, because moments later he receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor.

Suchomimus quietly practices his aim, firing arrows into cracked stones and dry trees.

The Mercurii explores the arena, scanning the ridges and canyons. Later, it also camouflages itself, vanishing into the terrain.

Azriel sits in silence, thinking of home. By noon, she starts to question if any of this is even real.

Sadbread fishes by a small stream, patient and quiet. Later, they receive fresh food from an unknown sponsor.

Bexxi spends the day searching for water. She notices smoke on the horizon, but chooses not to investigate.

Night 1 of the Drekkal’Zuun
The cold sets in quickly. The Martian winds whisper through cracks in the stone. The first night begins.

Bexxi loses sight of where she is. She looks up into the sky, trying to get help from the stars, but she just keeps wandering in circles.

Sadbread sees a small fire in the distance, but stays hidden. They stay hidden all night.

The Mercurii starts a fire. Sometime later, Azriel passes nearby. The Mercurii gestures her over, and after a moment of hesitation, she accepts.
The two sit by the fire and talk quietly about the tributes still alive.

Meowmere sneaks into Cynamity’s camp while he sleeps. She finds his stash and quietly searches through it, scattering what she can’t carry.

Glade doesn’t sleep. She watches the stars, listens to the silence, and thinks about winning.

Suchomimus lies still beneath an arche of red stone. He doesn’t light a fire. He doesn’t move. He just waits for the day to come.

Day 2 of the Drekkal’Zuun
The wind blows fine red dust up from the ground, covering the rocks.

Glade makes a slingshot from scraps of wire and bark. She's ready to explore. As she does she discovers a river, it looks nice a cool. She washes her hands, face and drinks.

Azriel and the Mercurii go hunting for other tributes together. While they do Azriel practices her archery, aiming for branches and stones they come across.

Meowmere spends the day searching for resources.

Cynamity does the same, careful not to stray too far from where he slept.

Bexxi receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor. Later, she finds a small fruit tree, where she collects everything she can.

Suchomimus spends time crafting a slingshot, before going hunting.

Sadbread wanders alone through a canyon, marking the walls with charcoal. They don’t speak. They just walk.

Night 2 of the Drekkal’Zuun
The temperature drops fast. The wind howls louder than before.

Meowmere questions her sanity. The silence feels heavier tonight. In the midst of the chaos she receives a hatchet.

Azriel and the Mercurii sneak into Suchomimus’s camp while he sleeps. They destroy his supplies, tearing through what little he had left.
Afterward, the Mercurii sets up a new camp for it and Azriel for the night, far enough away for them not to be tracked down during the night.

Glade receives clean water from an unknown sponsor. She drinks slowly, then tucks the bottle into her pack.

Sadbread sits by a cracked boulder, sharpening a rock. They don’t plan to sleep.

Bexxi builds a small shelter from sticks and scraps of cloth. She hums to herself to stay calm.

Cynamity stays awake most of the night, clutching what little remains of his supplies. He doesn’t feel safe enough to sleep.
