Usually we can only use ones existing in game. 
The solovey arm pose, one has to ask for her permission,  and the same with arm poses made by other designers such as myself.

Just regular arms. 
One could use the male cross legged base,  headless base, 
waaiiiit I used the solovey arm one and didn't ask permission..  does that mean my skin doesnt technically count? ;;
hmmm well by association we've made a set together with the pose and I asked permission for just a few of us, like you, me, aimz or alfie? :x
you have permission technically to use it, but I cant give it out to people who dont have it from solovey so.
I can take yours since I had asked for you, 
I just dont want to get myself in trouble because of people who didn't get her permission. xD
like I could take everyones weird arm entries, but if I get a message from an angry designer i'm not taking responsibility for the users work if they didnt get permission from the pose creator themselves.

and non-D's cant make new arm poses.
which I think the user above wanted to make their own and it's in non-D rules that they can't create poses.

i used c2 and h1.
pretty happy with how the skin and hair went, and while i like some of the outfit items, idk if i like it as a whole when put together with the skin, but hey, nobody would be forced to use it all together! xD all in all i'm pretty proud for a first attempt!
