I always lose my concentration with voice chat (part of why that first game was terrible xD that and I always train before going online hehe) and I get really awkward when talking xD

you use awsd to walk and you can see other commands closer from the settings and put them how you like the most.
the abilities and their effects can be seen when you pick a hero and press f1

best way is to just try a bit everything
