Implying you saw the competition between the 29th of September and the 10th of October which is impossible. In the thread where you originally posted the image you also implied that you finished coloring the arms on the 4th day of October.

No it was interpreted wrong. I just pointed out it was made then and didn't think of that it wasn't released until 10th. 
And I can say yes, arms and sketch was made before and I never thought i'd ever finish it bc it wasn't a fun drawing to do at all.. 
anyway i probably mix up dates bc long time ago and a lot happened between this. I'm sorry. I am probably wrong but I thought i wasn't lying, lol probably am without knowing.
