There places to click varies from role to role. If there is a sun at the top menu that means you can do something by day, ie. Jailor. And if you have a role that does something by night you'll see those blocks besides the roles on the role list.

For what roles can do, I always use their wiki page, to summarize all the roles would be a lot.

It's wills. Death will =something the killers write to distract or give messages after every death.
And will = You give the leads that you have without giving your own role before time.

What you click depends on your role.
You can click daytime to vote people up.
Night time you can kill, transport, roleblock or anything that is your role's night duty

Town works for town, arsonist and sk is by themself's unless there's other arso's, vampires together and mafia together.
You can see the colours. But only mafia, vampire's knows the other members on their team

Paper scroll is "last will" everyone can write their own, it's somewhere in upscreen.
