To me, this look represents the theme the best because of how many layers of clothing are actually put on. it is a collection of nice accessories ( which is what I did in my entry) it's like an actual look with a bunch of layers. It may not have that fantasy look that is so wow to you, but it has the same level of effort and time put into it as any other look. 

no offense to anyone I just wanted to voice my opinion. 
yeah i voted for 2 because to me that one looks like layers of clothing/accessories and also very pretty. many of these entries are layers of effects/backgrounds/foreground stuff etc and not layering in the sense of clothing. idk what the competition prompt specified but i prefer the more realistic looks.

side note, could someone link me the skin on entry no. 15 because it's so pretty.

There wasn't a high enough volume of males from each round for there to be a public "elimination " process. The male winners have already been selected by ET because of this.
