hmmm i haven't tried but i probably could with some trial and error, my only concern would just be smudging, my eye looks usually smudges and idk if it's because my skin is oily or if i just don't set the makeup properly
my eyes are def the oily type too! but the eyeliner i used held up for my whole 8 hour grocery store shift

  - patterned or solid skirt could fit here as well as jeans
