i think the wording about "decidedly not" is a bit confusing - could i suggest using a more common word like "clearly" or "obviously"? unless you mean as in you're gonna decide case by case...
Given that no one has misunderstood or asked what decidedly means, I think the wording is fine, unless you're confused of course, in which case I can explain it to you.
Clearly is a synonym with decidedly, so I don't quite get your last sentence, as even with that wording it would be a case of decision if someone posts a grey area look.
nah i just wanted to point out the fact it's not a commonly used word in this context (and showed a way it can be misunderstood having the word "decide" in it) + i personally think using more common words is better for overall reading comprehension especially on a site that has a mostly non-native english speaking userbase. but it was only a suggestion

id say that clearly and obviously would sound worse.. also i think if you know the word obviously you would know what decidedly means its not a hard word

i agree to disagree on the latter bit but! i know what you mean by the first as a writer with the urge to use fancy words. sometimes you gotta sacrifice what sounds better - especially when it comes to writing instructions
