Jailing, you click the sun icon during the day and select who to jail.
Then at night, ask them what their role is. Either they'll tell the truth or they'll lie. Write what they claim to be in your will (the blank tan paper also at the top near the sun button) 


most roles' actions just require you clicking the button next to people's names at night. if you're godfather, you'll kill them. if you're investigator, you'll investigate them. etc.
