When the raffles start depends on when the host of the day is available. The raffles have been starting at different times so far but it's usually somewhere during the afternoon/evening in Europe because then Americans are also awake and can be able to join. ^^

I purposefully did mine later to make it accessible for Americans + my timezone is CST. Others may do so differently.
