Yes, history has always fascinated me. When I was about 10 I got so excited to go to Crete with my family, not to lay in the sun or play in the pool, but to visit Knossos since I had just learned about that in history. My grandmother is also an art historian, so she's made sure to lecture me about historical fashion and architecture for as long as I can remember.

thats so cute, but in all reality knossos is so interesting and i would seriously love to visit it some day. how was it?
and that sounds lovely, sounds like history is a family thing in your case. in my case im the only one really sort of interested in history haha which means i cant geek out with anyone
