Aw, that's a shame. It's a really chill way to get some exercise, and very nice to have some time to just think about anything and everything.
Neither. I don't like not being able to hear whatever is going on around me when I'm outside - it's part of the experience.
Well I'm moving into a better place and might even start doing some light exercise so I'm not too sad about it. Although as you've said, the whole experience of walking is the fun part but oh well, can't have everything in life :')
