damnnnnnnn thats small, my last apartment was a small 1room and I thought that 1 was terrible small, mine was 29 m²
bf and I moved into a 4 room 88 m² at the end of december 2019 and what a fucking upgrade

I think for my real living space I'd like to have at least 40m² and a separate room to sleep in (and space for an oven, because I'm goign crazy without one!)
